This gallery concept is very modern

This gallery concept is very modern. It's affordable bespoke commission. It is great. However, the prcoess is kind of a bumpy ride so hold on tight. The ordering process was smooth. They answered my questions very quickly. However, the proof didn't look like the original. The artist kept saying that it's the lightning issues, but I think it is not. I followed up after 2 days, the artist replied that it's still being revised, asked me to be patient. Fine. I waited, then the next proof looks different again, which I thought it's another piece. Had to follow up with them again, later they said it's the photography issue. I don't want to be such a pain but it's important for them to represent the color, and I know light/beige color is very difficult to captiure. Later their manager steped in, everythign was done correctly finally. I have to say their customer service is great. But unfortunately I can't completely shake the fact that it's a work that requires more than 10 emails communications. I do like my painting though so 3 stars.
