They pretend to have all the office in US but I was shocked to see the shipment coming from China which is a breach of trusy
Response from Kline CollectiveJan 2, 2026
Hi Abhinav,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
We do have offices in the US and the Czech Republic, and as stated on our website, artworks are shipped from different locations depending on where the original artist is based. As we work with a global network of artists, production and dispatch may take place internationally to ensure each piece is created by the appropriate artist and meets our quality standards.
We understand how important transparency is and regret that this wasn’t clearer at the time of delivery. Your trust matters to us, and we’re always happy to answer any questions about production or shipping before an order is placed. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us.
Happy New Year.
Best Regards,
Rachel

not recommended... go buy something in person
I purchased Spectrum of Hues in a custom size. The first iteration looked absolutely nothing like the original. Not even close. After several revisions the final piece did get closer to the original, but still with significanly more orange/red which does not really fit our aesthetic. It arrived with the wrong frame (gray, we ordered white) and a small crack in the frame. The shpping crate was impossible to open, splinters everywhere. The shipping label was from some unknown company in China. The piece is not signed. On the back of the piece someone wrote the supposed artist's last name in black Sharpie. I suspect that these reproductions are not acutally created by the original artists, instead by some paint shop in China. I inquired about the provenance and why my piece came from China but received no response. Overall a regrettable experience.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We would like to clarify several points for accuracy, as transparency is extremely important to us and to everyone reading reviews here on Trustpilot.
1. Your artwork did not ship from China.
Your piece was shipped from our Canadian facility, as shown on the official tracking. We do not ship paintings from China, so we are unsure why that appeared on your end.
2. Your artwork was created by a real, established artist.
Spectrum of Hues is an original work by Roberto Moro, one of the international artists we collaborate with. All custom commissions are hand-painted interpretations, not prints, so slight artistic variations are expected - especially when customers request colour adjustments.
3. We worked with you closely through multiple revisions.
You requested several colour changes during the process, and our team ensured each revision was completed and shared with you until the final version was approved on your side.
4. Crate-opening instructions were provided.
Large paintings are packed in reinforced wooden crates to ensure safe arrival, and we provided a step-by-step tutorial on how to open the packaging correctly. We understand this may feel unfamiliar for first-time buyers.
5. Frame issue and crack were resolved immediately.
When you informed us of a frame mismatch and a small crack, we apologised and processed the partial refund you requested right away.
6. Signatures on custom sizes
Custom pieces are typically signed on the back. The name written is part of the standard studio process and is not unusual for commissioned artworks. This is clearly stated on our website unless a customer requests a front signature. Front signatures can sometimes disrupt the overall aesthetic of the artwork.
At Kline Collective, we work with artists from around the world and take great pride in the quality of our artworks and customer service. While we regret that this experience did not fully meet your expectations, we believe it is important to address incorrect assumptions so readers have a clear and accurate understanding of our process.
If you have any further concerns, our customer service team is always here to help.
Best regards,
Rachel

Recent purchase
1. There should have been directions on how to open the crate.
2. Within days of ordering my painting at $800 the painting was on sale for $600. I asked for the adjusted price…like most highly successful retailers…would honor the lower price. I will make my concern on future Kline social media to warn future purchasers.
Response from Kline CollectiveAug 15, 2025
Dear Joyce,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your concerns. Regarding the crate, our packaging is designed for maximum protection, but we appreciate your note and will review how we can provide clearer opening instructions in the future.
As for the pricing, we can confirm that you purchased your artwork at the lowest available price at the time of your order. We run periodic promotions on select pieces, but we do not offer retroactive price adjustments once an order has been confirmed and processed. This is consistent with our pricing policy and allows us to offer fair and consistent prices to all customers.
We value your business and hope you continue to enjoy your artwork for years to come.
Best Regards,
Gwendolyn

Not hand painted, cannot be returned for refund
This artwork was described as uniquely hand-painted, but there is no sign of paint or brush strokes on most of it. It looks like an image was printed on canvas. Then a few tiny white outlines were not very accurately painted around a few leaves and stems. I believe it was false advertising to call it a "painting". The return policy does not allow refund if you used a promotional code for a discount. And I would have to return it to British Columbia and pay shipping and customs. Of course, I could describe the value as $50 for customs purposes (even though I paid nearly $1000) since that is what Kline Collective did when they shipped it. I thought I was dealing with a collective of artists in CA, but apparently not.

The quality was not what I expected
The quality was not what I expected. I thought I could send it back if I wasn’t happy with the painting. I was told that was not possible. I will NEVER purchase a painting on line again. I spent over $1100.00 for a painting I’m disappointed in & don’t know what to do with it.

Disappointed because the canvas was not…
Disappointed because the canvas was not framed. I was told I could not return it because it was at a discount price that I paid. I would of returned the picture and reordered it with the frame as I thought I checked off the color of frame at the beginning to include in the purchase!

Hi Marcela,
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry for the confusion regarding the frame. Since it was a discounted item, our return policy applies—but we understand your concern and will get back to you as soon as possible after reviewing your order.
