We’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the extended shipping timeline and the lack of a clear delivery date and time. Our shipments are handled by third-party couriers such as DHL, and while we always aim to provide the most accurate estimates possible, certain delays or scheduling limitations can unfortunately be outside of our direct control. That said, we completely understand how important precise delivery information is, especially when you can’t stay home to receive the artwork or when it’s tied to a planned project. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will be forwarding your comments to DHL and our other courier partners. At the same time, we’re also working internally to improve how we set shipping expectations and how proactively we communicate updates during transit.
