They pretend to have all the office in US but I was shocked to see the shipment coming from China which is a breach of trusy

We do have offices in the US and the Czech Republic, and as stated on our website, artworks are shipped from different locations depending on where the original artist is based. As we work with a global network of artists, production and dispatch may take place internationally to ensure each piece is created by the appropriate artist and meets our quality standards. We understand how important transparency is and regret that this wasn’t clearer at the time of delivery. Delayed dispatch. Not so happy with delivery. I sit home for a whole day to wait for DHL but they did not come. I was completely disappointed with the DHL service. The artist, customer service team at Kline are great but not with their shipping arrangement. They said DHL is the only partner they can work with to delivery such a large piece.

My order came well-packed and in perfect shape. No damage at all. Happy that it arrives before Christmas! But next time please use UPS or Fedex. DHL always missed my appointments!
