Excellent product, my 7 year old kitty has eaten it easily, mixed into her canned food, she doesn't even appear to notice it. No side effects noticed. I split the daily scoop in half, one in the morning and one in the evening. I noticed she was more active and alert after about two weeks of daily intake.

My first experience was very disappointing, so I hadn't ordered for a while, but I took a chance again recently & service has definitely improved, better communication, received product in a much better time frame. My cats are off-put by some other brands of supplements, but not from Kittysupps. Glad I gave it another chance.

Do not buy from this company. Firstly my cats either refuse to eat it or puke when they do, but the bigger issue is the way the company handled my order cancellation, like stated hefore my cats don’t eat the taurine and I have two tubs of it, so when the subscription renewed 3weeks after my first purchase (way sooner than id need it with buying two tubs in the first place) I immediatly cancelled the order via email within two hours of them automaticlly placing my order with no warning, they get back to me saying no problem and it’s cancelled. Then a few days later I get a tracking number but as I already canceled the order I figured it was an error and kept an eye on it, the tracking number never worked every time I clicked on it it told me there was some kind of error. So I assumed the number was created with the order and when it was canceled the tracking number still went through some how, idk how it works. Anyway cut to two weeks and I get the damn tubs in the mail im annoyed but I email them again thinking of course they’ll sort this out, I CANCELED THIS. but no they tell me they won’t do anything and I have to pay for the products because the order was already processed by the time I asked to cancel the order again (withing 2 hours of the placing the order in the middle of the night without any warning) but that doesn’t even matter because I got confirmation from the customer service that the order was canceled, and they still feel they have the right to charge me and refuse to accept a return, so that 30 day money guarantee that they promise on their website, yeah dont trust that either they will lie to your face and they will not take accountability for their own mistakes, they are literally trying to rob me. I reported them to the better business bureau and I hope more than getting a refund that this company gets shut down. Their products don’t work and they’re liars and thieves. Do not buy save yourself months of fighting.

I've been using Kitty Supps Taurine powder for a couple of months now, and my cats are far more receptive to it than any other taurine product I've tried. Sprinkled over dry food, it's honestly like cats-on-crack behavior — bowls get cleaned, no fuss, no detective work. For anyone who's wrestled with picky eaters and supplements, that alone is worth a lot. One hiccup: my last order arrived with 3 of the 5 jars I'd ordered. Customer support was responsive though — once I reached out, they got the two missing jars shipped without any back-and-forth, so I'd give them credit for handling it cleanly. The honest knock is the price. It's noticeably more expensive than other taurine products on the market, and when you're feeding over 90 cats a day like we are, it makes a real dent in the budget. If it were just for a couple of house cats it wouldn't register, but at scale the math gets harder to justify — even when the cats clearly prefer it. Would still recommend, especially for anyone whose cats refuse other taurine supplements. Just go in knowing the cost and double-check your shipment when it arrives.
