The first order I placed in January 2026 took a very long time to get to me - a little over 5 weeks. During that time, I was in contact with Anna at Kitty Supps - she was very responsive & understanding, as well as helpful. When I finally received my order, I found it really did help both of our cats - I'd ordered the Taurine for them. I've since reordered more Taurine & the Dental supplement too. That order arrived much more quickly so the delays for me the first time must have been a fluke. Great company, fantastic service, great products. Highly recommend - thank you!

My Siamese cat was 18 yrs old. She had started having trouble with her sight, her energy was low, she was sleeping a lot and her coat just looked scraggly. I ordered the Taurine supplement from Kitty Supps thinking that I had nothing to lose as her health had begun to deteriorate and I felt the inevitable was imminent. Wow, was I surprised when after a couple weeks, her fur was nice and soft again, she seemed to have more energy, perked up and looked for more attention from us, improved her appetite and just an overall improvement in her health and agility. She is 20 yrs old now and still going strong! I love that I can add it to her wet food and she doesn’t know the difference. I’m very impressed with the quality of the product. My 15 year old siamese was losing weight, his fur looked "shabby", vomiting 3 or more times a week and slowly going blind. I read that these were symptoms of lack of taurine. Since receiving kitty supps a month ago, I have been putting taurine not only in his wet food but in my 2 younger cats food daily as well. I don't know if he will regain his lost sight but he no longer vomits, his fur is looking better, his appetite is great and he is back to exploring outside even tho he still bumps into things, hasn't gained too much yet but hasn't lost more.

Anna is so accomodating and helpful. I had a problem ordering and she so graciously helped me. My cats love the taurine. I use it faithfully. I have a 7 year old and a 6 year old female tabby. Definitely recommend it. Only order from her site.

Customer service is excellent. I didn't give it a 5 star because I'm not 100% sure the extra taurine in my cat's diet is helping. Might be the product. Might be their diet. I just haven't noticed any difference with them.

My younger cats seem to be doing great on this product. I wish I had found it sooner for my 13 and 16-year-old cats. I did not know that I could have been protecting them more. The orders come right on time, before I run out. They let you know when it will be there, great service.

Because the cats NEED taurine and this stuff the cats don’t walk away from! I mix it in a churro treat and bam 💥, it’s gone. I have 3 cats and all 3 like it!!! They get taurine EVERYDAY, but this needed a date of experience…. EVERYDAY!!!
