Your containers are only 1/2 full. I hope its because when you fill them the taurine is so airy it cannot properly fill the container with all the taurine it should contain. But the price does not reflect a 1/2 full jar.

Buyer beware I bought from these people. I have yet to receive my 3 jars of supplements for my cats. It has been 3 months ago. I File with Better Business Bureau and my bank is working on getting my money back. I personally sent Several emails asking for my refund from these people, kitty supp letting them know I haven't received any products. And they continue to jack me around 3 months later.

That my kitty is eating her meals and the barfing up after eating is slowing down. I love this product because she is eating it, I don't even think she has notice the taste. I been ordering it pretty routinely and have been using it for atleast 6 months. The delivery service is been very good! If you love your kitties/kitty..... you need to get them on this to protect their little kidneys. Nothing worse that losing a loved pet to something that there is help for.

Absolute worst company ever. I placed one order and I chose the one time only option with no active subscriptions and low and behold I got another charge a month later. Checked my account, no active subscriptions. I emailed them to let them know this and they promised a refund and two weeks later, no refund. Now I’ll have to dispute it. This company is not an honest company. Buyer beware.

First off, just a tiny bit to start made my cat sick. Then I get charged for another shipment without signing up for autoship. I checked and they even admitted there was no active subscription. It has been over a week of trying to get the return label and refund. We have been back and forth several times for days, but no label and no refund. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Never received it my order. Been emailing them back and forth with them constantly saying they will look into it. A week later without hearing anything I reached out and they still looking into it. Same answer very time I got sick of it after a month then wanted my refund. Never received that either after they said they will.
