On November 30th 2021 I ordered a denim Liberty jacket which was $69 and I also paid for express shipping cuz I needed it Friday December 4th 2021 the day it was shipped and the day it arrived UPS said they delivered it but it wasn't on my porch I'll call you UPS I called king size both companies said they were looking into it UPS even sent someone out here to see if it was somewhere else somewhere where he didn't deliver it. Long story short I called king size they said that they were going to send me an affidavit to sign and mail back to them so that I may get my refund today I talked to someone and he told me that I would have to go to the library or Staples or somewhere to get the affidavit printed out and that if I didn't get it printed out I don't get my money back and I also don't have the outfit that I paid for. King size has stolen my money and my time and then I would have had to pay some more money to get the affidavit printed and I would have to pay more money to get the sent back to them I paid over $100 for this jacket and the with the express shipping. And now they won't give me anything back. I am so aggravated and frustrated with king size calling them backwards and forwards they have stolen my money and who's ever reading this please know that they may not do it now but they will steal your money and won't deliver the product that they told you that they would deliver to me or to you don't go to king size find somewhere else to go to there are thieves and they will steal your money I'm so upset because I didn't even get to go to my event because I didn't have the outfit that was supposed to be sent to me

First order was great. Second order was lost and the customer service was horrible. Spoke to 4 didn't representatives that gave me different answers and all refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Said I have to wait a month for a package to be considered lost. Absolutely insane and they ship through SmartPost which means you can not put your own claim through fedex.

I will never buy from this company again! Their customer service is awful. I wanted to exchange 2 shirts that I purchased for my husband. It took forever for them to process the exchange, then they overcharged me for the new items! I emailed them and called 2x regarding the matter, they wouldn't budge on the pricing. It was ridiculous. I returned the new items for a refund. Stay away!!

I ordered a $60 black 4XL hoodie for my teenage son from Kingsize. I instead received 5 pairs of white 5XL woman's underwear from Woman Within whom I have never ordered from. I called and was told that they could not refund my money but would send a shipping label for me to return the underwear so I could get the hoodie. I returned the underwear only to have them returned to me with a note saying that it was too late to return the underwear. I have never received the hoodie or a refund. I have been robbed of $60 and have 5 pair of woman's underwear that I can't even give away because I don't know any one that size. I love how this company takes advantage of single mothers. Avoid these shady thieves at all costs.

They send you coupons in your email and then they don't honor them. What's the point of sending them in the first place. I guess they do the old bait-and-switch. I won't be shopping there anymore.

Final item (3 of 3) arrived 11/06/21 Initial purchase date 10/13/2021 There is no second first impression. Your flaws are showing.... I will not make any future purchases from KingSize. Given the after sale conduct of their business model and lack of integrity and clarity (inventory or lack of it) at the point of sale: I have no interest giving my business to KingSize or their associated retailers. At least you delivered two of three items as ordered. 2 stars

Steal your money and dont send items. when you call they are rude and hang up on you
