Absolutely horrible customer service!!!!!! I ordered 3 pair of shoes all size 16 and received two !6's a one 13. I returned the 13 and after 4 weeks still have not be credited for the shoe!!!!!! And even though they can see I have returned the shoe they wont give me the credit due!!!!!

Buyer beware I ordered a fleece jacket from kingsize on October 22 2021 got notified it’s been shipped on October 27 haven’t seen it yet and no other updates still showing October 27 update I just spent two hours trying to find out where it’s at then decided to cancel only to be told that after 60 days you can’t cancel or get refund so basically I paid for someone else to get it or for kingsize to resell it again so if you order anything don’t let it get past the 60 day mark or else you will lose your money with no way to get it back

I am a fairly new customer and placed a couple orders to date. The 1st went well with no issues where it was for shoes. The second order is a whole different matter! I ordered shirts, 5 to be exact and one has a quarter sized hole in the left shoulder where the seams of the shoulder and neckline meet. I promptly emailed customer service asking how to proceed because ALL of the return instructions provided on their website are for "Changed mind" or "did not like" and require the consumer to pay for all costs of the return. I do not feel I should be out ANYTHING for an obviously defective piece of merchandise. It is clear the stitching was not done properly as the fabric is NOT torn or damaged in any way, it is just not stitched properly! The response I got was to clarify my issue (already submitted with my original contact to customer service) but I re-sent all of the details. I then received a second response, again asking for the details to which I responded with some disgust that I had already done twice but did again. The third response was again a request for THE EXACT INFO I have now provided FOUR times! At this point, I am pretty upset so I call... and let me tell you... that was a mistake! You reach people that barely speak english, do not understand english, and are virtually impossible to work with because they are completely misunderstanding the issue. WARNING, THIS IS A CRAPPY COMPANY!!!

I have been ordering from King Size catalog since the 1970s. Haven't had any notable problems until recent years. The most recent was a jogging suit and a hoodie. The hoodie was way too big. We filled out the paperwork for an exchange and sent the item back. Of the $47 for the one item that was returned I received $32 back. I called to ask for an explanation and the very rude customer service agent interrupted me multiple times before I even totally explain the problem. I wanted to know why the refund was $15 less than I paid. Understandably, they do not refund shipping, but even though we had requested a reorder for the correct size they charged us a 25% restocking fee and there was no reorder scheduled. There was nothing in the catalog about returns being subject to any, much less such a high, restocking fees. This will be the last order I ever make from King size.

Bought 2 pair of pants, checked the pockets preparing to wash, looking for inspector slips. DIDN'T expect to find a still moist, not yet moldy, squashed cherry tomato in one pocket and a USED flossing pick in the other! GROSS! At least the former owner of my pants ate healthy & practiced good dental hygiene! After waiting 20 minutes on "chat", for them to "find" a "customer srvc" agent, they offered to waive the return fee! Wow! How accomodating of them! No "ability" to credit back any of my order for my inconvenience. Luckily i found out what an awful company they are to deal with for only $40. I haven't even addressed the quality, but they look cheap. AND if you buy from them they will bloat your email inbox like you wouldn't believe. All in all, a VERY disappointing expeeience.

If you want fantastic customer service and speedy shipping go to DXL! If you want terrible customer service and pony express shipping then Kingsize is for you! The only thing kingsize is fast at is taking your money out of your account... otherwise it's a waiting game with once again the worst customer service in the history of customer service! I literally spoke with a supervisor who tried to make me believe that the mail doesn't move on the weekends? I ordered from DXL two days after ordering from kingsize and I already received it! Kingsize obviously ships through snail mail! Never again!

We ordered sweatpants as a Christmas gift. When we opened the box I was a large size shirt. So wrong size and wrong item, tag on the package said sweat pants, nothing about a tee shirt. We returned the package, due to slow mail it arrived after the 60 day return cutoff so king size just sent it back to us and billed us for the item. Customer service was obnoxious and condescending when we called. I will never use king size again. I promise to rip them every chance I can.

I have order pants from KingSize for years off and on, the clothing I order was fair, it wasn’t the best quality material but fair, BUT I brought from KingSize anyway, up until now. I order 2 Pairs of expandable waist corduroys pleat-front pants this pass December @ (36.99 per. with the discount) the quality (materials) of these pants are NOT like the quality corduroys I bought a few years ago from KingSize, it’s seem that KingSize have sacrifice quality and upped their prices. Until KingSize get it’s act together I will be getting my pants elsewhere. One more thing…… If the cost of materials happens to go up you might be surprise KingSize, people will pay for quality at the right price.
