So my fiancée ordered jeans for our son. He barely wore them but a couple times and they have ripped from knee to crotch. When we called their customer service they could care less. Three agents were argumentative and lacked any compassion. Two of them hung up without the chance to talk to a supervisor. They are a terrible company and could care less about the quality of their garments and the people that work their phones are as useless as tits on a bull!!

I recently got the great $50 off of your order of $100 on top of our already low prices. Like a previous reviewer, I selected my items, entered the code and guess what, no discount. I called the customer service since the chatbot had a brain hemorrhage on the questions I asked. The pleasant young woman of God Knows what country verified my information 3 times, each time trying to upsell me something, then finally addressed my ordering concerns, it seems in the Asterisk part of the offer, one of the exclusions is, Third Party items, what this means is, if the product is made by Hanes, it doesn't qualify, if it's made by Levi, it doesn't qualify, basically everything but THEIR branded items and even those have disclaimers. So if you can avoid them, do so, I've never seen such dishonest and flagrantly deceptive practices when dealing with what I thought was a reputable company.

King size is a rip off. They send you a coupon for $50 off $100. Then when you checkout you don't get the $50. Never again. Will never reccomend this company to anyone.

The site says you can pay for express shipping which is 2-3 days. What they don’t tell you is that processing is not included. Ordered this December 21st and hopefully I will have it by January 7th. sooooo not 3 days. When I reached out to service about updating the site they said it’s in FAQ which is stupid, why would I look there if your site gives the impression of the answer? I haven’t received the delivery yet but after reading these reviews I’m worried about it.

I agree with the the other reviews, I usually always check reviews before I buy. But I was pushing for time, for a wedding, the material was ugly. And when I return they want to take$10 or money I’d my money, that was some b.s. and I still haven’t received my refund. They are just sorry. Amozon is the place to go.

I regret to buy In king size is going to be a month waiting for a return of $145.00 and a new order that I order 4 days ago and still not shipped to me and the clothing that I ordered is just one size to big and I can't change the order to one size smaller. I have to wait into i receive the order so can send back and they make all this 💩 impossible so they can charge you $10.00 for the return look mf change me $50.00 and stop wasting my fk time you know who I am not hard to find me can't wait to be done whit this company and delete them off my F life for ever.

Terrible shipping service and awful customer service. Scam

King Size customer service is horrible. Called me Ma’am repeatedly after telling them I am a sir. They also don’t have any literature that you cannot return hemmed pants that do not follow their own size guide. You call them and their supervisor is not available EVER 3 attempts of trying. They are “taking calls” they just says it’s the policy and they will do an exchange but I will have to buy the new pants so how is that an exchange?? They take your money.
