There was not a no star button lol . So to begin . They sell you poorly made and poor quality clothes . Pockets with holes . Or even the wrong items . Their customer service is crap . You get one rep who will tell you all the nice things you want to hear lying thru their teeth . Then the next day receive another phone call saying that the previous service member lied to you . In order to get a return you must send in the wrong item pay for the postal print of a return label while at the same time pay for the correct item to be shipped and wait for returned item to process a refund . Plus if you pay for 2 day shipping it still takes a week to be delivered lol but at DXL or loss weight .

ordered jacket didnt get it been month asked for refund they said no.so no refund no coat.sad im disabled in wheelchair sad they have to rip off disabled people.

I would give this sham of a company a zero if possible. The shoes did not fit. Returned them in accordance with instructions. They sat in a warehouse just long enough for them to arrive 61, not 60, days from the order date. After speaking with their unhelpful people in customer no-service, Miguel (a “supervisor”) instructed me to ship them again. I was told they would make an exception and issue the refund due to the delay in the delivery. I paid to ship them, AGAIN, and for the second time they were returned to me. So, I wasted more money to ship to them. I am going to donate the shoes and even though I have three family members who could purchase from this company, I will never do business with King Size or any of their affiliated brands. Agree 100% with all of the other posts which stated they are a scam. Don’t waste your time!

Boneheads sent me full size sheets when I ordered large socks. Avoid these people.

I have never seen such an inadequate policy on making changes to recently placed orders. I placed my order about 14 hours ago and just realized I order the wrong color for an item. I am unable to change my order. I was told there is a 25-minute window to change or cancel orders. That is utter nonsense.

Paid for two day shipping and it took them two days just to process the order, and they refuse to cancel/refund the order. Customer Service was very unhelpful and uncaring, I would strongly recommend anyone looking for merchandise they offer to look elsewhere as KingSize will not take care of you.

One Star Review because Zero Star is not an option. I'm a short, fat old man who has difficulty getting my size in pants. KingSize online catalog showed some promise so I ordered. I had the pants hemmed which, I later learned, voids the return even though the the material, cut and hem quality is poor. Even without the hem issue - the shipped product is not what the advertising suggests. I do not recommend KingSize as a mens clothing supplier.

If you are looking for a great experience with a company, keep looking because this is not it. I work in customer service and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered 200.00 worth of clothes which they charged me shipping on! What! it's an online store, you have no choice but shipping even Amazon gets that. My order was placed 4 weekes ago and I have yet to get the complete order, no worries these things happen right? However the shorts we bought did not fit properly and with no opportunity to try them on this will happen from time to time. We sent the shorts back and since we haven't gotten the other part of the order and they are for my son's job we bought the shorts from Amazon, next day delivery for free! Now I have received an email from kingsize telling me that I would get my 130.00 back in a gift card, and if I wanted it back to orginal pos, I would be charged for the return shipping!!!!!! What!!! So, not only do we not have a completed order, this company charged me shipping, then when I returned Ill fitting clothing they attempted to charge me for return. After two phone calls neither of which would let me speak to a manager. I now have to wait an additional three weeks just to get an actual refund since I do not want a gift card. Do not buy from them because whether something goes wrong or right you are paying extra.
