Never buy from this place. I wear a 2xl from every company on the planet. Ordered 2 shirts size 2xl. The shirts were so long that they looked like I was wearing a dress as it fell below my knees! 50 dollars charged but they charge 10.99 to return. I will shop elsewhere.

Poor quality. The original charge was $57.72. I returned the items and they charge 10.99 to return which means they should have credited me back $46.73. But I received a credit of only $31.91.

They make you wait 3-5 days for a response regarding a wrong item sent. Everyone is a 'supervisor' there. They send you canned messages over and over, have no actual empathy for the customer. AWFUL ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Beware buying from this company. They have received the last of my money, never again. I placed an order with them and when I received the email my order had shipped, I started tracking it. After 10 days the shipment was still showing that it was in Indianapolis at FedEx. I contacted FedEx who launched a search for this shipment. Within 3 days FedEx sent an email confirming this shipment was lost and I should follow up with the shipper. I called Kingsize customer service and received the run around. The agent claimed there was absolutely nothing that could be done until 20 days had passed. I played their game waited the 20 days and called again. This time I was told, "you should have been sent a form where you certify that you did not receive this shipment, when we receive that back we will investigate and issue a refund. I asked the agent to track the package and see for himself that it still showed it was in Indianapolis. He put me on hold and when he came back said it looks like it's still in Indianapolis. After much back and forth he finally said he'd issue a refund. Imagine my surprise when I received said refund and it wasn't a full refund! I emailed them at this point was was told they don't do full refunds. WHAT you don't do a full refund for something a customer never received? Never again!

Placed an order for two pairs of pants. Received 1 pair of pants and a pair of women's boots. Clearly an error in their warehouse. To return the item I did not order, they are trying to charge me $10.99 to fix their mistake. This is terrible customer service and the last time I will ever order from these incompetent swindlers.

They basically charge $22 to try stuff on. Wrong size? That's your problem. You pay $11 for shipping out and $11 shipping return. Maybe that's in the small print. Doesn't matter. Treat customers like that and you won't have any customers.

I wanted an even exchange for a smaller size as their sizing chart was incorrect. Good luck, in order to exchange the items a person who spoke such poor English that we could barely communicate informed me that it would cost $36 and take up to 3 weeks. She double talked her own information. Very unscrupulous, when I asked "Gissele" for a supervisor she informed me that there was nobody to help resolve the issue and talked over me.

I had a fraud alert from my bank that I was being charged $16.95 from Kingsize.com. I made a purchase from them about 2 months ago which was fine. But I haven't tried to purchase anything since. Turns out they signed me up for a customer rewards program that I had no idea about. Because of this I've had to cancel my debit card and wait up to 2 weeks to get a new one. BEWARE!
