Do not order anything from king-size I order slippers and someone stole them so I call immediately and I have to sign an affidavit saying that someone stole my slippers before they can do anything so that means I have to wait for the affidavit to come in the mail and then fill it out mail it back and wait for a decision from them if you need to order something from them make sure it's right and you are at home in the package comes because you just don't get a refund or the same item

I bought a few items and never received a shirt I got charged for it $60 even I thought they entered me into there Fu—ing club again like last year they kept taking $20 a month from my debit card no one will refund my money they keep saying it’s on its way 3 months now. DO NOT BUY from them or the women beneath me crap they rip of the Customers. Also send big sale catalogs but never have my size on sale cost 5x more screw them

In December, Christmas present (lined hoodie) arrived defective; the zipper was stuck. I immediately returned it, and ordered a replacement. 6-weeks later I am notified the hoodie I ordered is no longer available. Fine. I called and requested one a different color. Oh yes, to the tune of twice as much as as what I paid for it in December. I requested to speak to the manager…she was busy. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company and service. This jacket should have been replaced, at the same price I originally paid for the first one. SHAME ON YOU. The only reason you get 1-star is because I am supposed to click something and no stars is not an option. Where has the integrity gone?

Stay away from this site, they will keep your card number and charged you after few month without your permission. I have to go thru my bank to cancel my card before they charge me more. terrible company.

VERY DISAPOINTED with their compassion towards disabled people! I am legally blind. It is VERY difficult for me to order online. I bought 2 shirts that were on sale for 70% off. When ordering I missed the box that I had to put the code into. I contacted them in regards to this to try to get the discount after I placed the order. After several emails they basically said to bad and charged me full retail on the items. So I wanted to return the m and they only offered me 2/3 of the cost with no explanation. They quit communicating with me. Jeff Ariss

This company offers terrible customer service. The wrong size of my item was sent to me, when I called for an exchange, they said what I received was the size that had been ordered. I had an email order receipt showing clearly they were wrong. It didn’t matter that I had physical proof that they made a mistake, they were unwilling to refund the amount that I paid for shipping. I could exchange the items, but would’ve had to pay shipping all over again. stay away from this company, there are so many others out there that have better service.

They sent me a card after my 1st purchas. Hadn't ordered anything since Feb '22. In November they sent me a statement for $2 & charged me $30 as a late fee. I paid the $32 in December without an explanation where the $2 came from. I checked my balance today just to make sure and there was another two late fees. The supervisor only kept saying, "you had a balance!. I just hung the phone up!

I completed my exchange request and returned the item. The return was minus the shipping charges but no exchange is forthcoming. They claim to have no record of the exchange portion of the return.
