AWFUL! I returned some shirts and was going to reorder so I took the gift card option. Took 5 days to get that # and when I went to reorder, the price of the shirts was more than 100% than what I paid when I originally ordered. When I went on "chat", representative was clueless. NEVER order from here. Wish I had read the comments before I did.

JUST NOTICED THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME MONTHLY FOR SOME REWARDS PROGRAM I AND HUNDREDS OF OTHERS NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. IT LOOKS TO BE OVER 500 DOLLARS AT LEAST. LAUNCHED A FRAUD COMPLAINT WITH VISA.

Ongoing extra charges on credit card: 8/18/2022 through 8/14/2023 - Monthly charges for 16.95 - The were not authorized and just showed up on my credit card. Blocked Kingsize on my credit card. My credit Card company returned my cash that KingSize stole from me.

Has anybody joined their rewards club and being charged over 28 dollars a month? If so can you please tell me the benefits because the company continues to evade my request Also they say I signed something I know nothing about and refuse to give me proof My opinion it's a rip ofg

I ordered several 50% off sale items. Also bought other items at full price. Five days later the full price items ship & I was notified all the sale items are on 8 week backorder. 3 weeks later they cancel the backorder and I'm told the only way to receive the items is to pay full price. Either their computer systems are TERRIBLE or this was INTENTIONAL. Customer Service pointed out this was all spelled out in the fine print of the catalog, but it does NOT appear in any of the emails. On the contrary, the emails implied nothing was wrong and the backordered items would be fulfilled as promised.

Ordered a shirt and received house shoes. They are creating a email so I can drive there mistake back to fed ex. The agent gave me 2.00 off my order my inconvenience. Did not have a computer to print out label. So beware.

Made an order and the next day I went to check on it under my account on their website. I clicked on order history, and learned that for the entire year last year I was being charged $16.95 per month for a gift card service I knew nothing about. Regular customer service wouldn't do anything about it but said it won't happen again. They suggested that I call another number to rectify the charges. I get no answer when I call. I went online and learned that this was a very common occurrence. I will only use PayPal now, and will never shop at King Size again. I have shopped there for years, but will no longer do so.

Years ago this was a quality service to deal with, they have go drastically downhill really quick, they double charge you for your orders, it's a good thing I make decent money, because I had a rather large order and a person with a normal income would of been suffering financially, by the time it was taken care of, still waiting on them to release the money on the hold charge, 2 weeks later. Then they sent my purchase to the wrong address, so how I'm out a double charge of a significant amount and the product. So now I'm waiting on this affidavalt letter I need to sign and return everything through the mail, instead of online like they do everything else, just trying to slow down the process to they can screw me even more, I suggest stay far far far away from this place as possible.
