1 star for customer service…if I could give zero stars I would. They say they want you to be happy with your order and will offer free exchanges or returns …not the case -especially if you are from outside the USA. Returns and exchanges are not free-it costs a fortune to return and they tried to scam me into buying replacement items before they refunded me the money-if they ever will refund me. The clothes were nice, just didn’t fit. Now I am out a bunch of money and wanted so much time trying to be reasonable with the ridiculous “customer service” reps who do nothing to help and don’t bother listening to anything you have to say.

If you call the 800 number and they dont like anything you say they hang up, if you contact chat they tell you to call the 800 number so they can hang up. I bought some items recently not only were they not as described they were used had sweet stains in the croch of the pants covered in shredded cardboard and what looked like a spiders nest and the shirt had little balls of dead skin on the collar and string of a different color stuck on the back and they want a restock fee for me to return the used clothes they sold me they dont even deserve one star they deserve to be shut down it's been like this for 20 years I remeber the first shirts I ordered from them the left shoulder was cut 3 inches shorter then the right so the collar sat slatways on my neck driving me insane. 0 stars

Last time I ordered 3 shirts got charged for 3 only received 2 it was only 7 bucks so I let that go didn't want to fight over it..Well I needed a few more things and 7x is not that easy to come by so I ended up giving them a second chance ordered 112 bucks worth of stuff saw that come out of my account all's good right? Na today they took a extra 18 bucks when I called their customer service line the lady was rude made me call some other line turns out they said I had joined some rewards club? I did no such thing and I did not authorize that second charge! guy says ok you member ship is canceled tries to hang up with out refunding me I ask and he quickly says oh yeah you refund will be in your bank in one to seven days ill believe it when I see it.. Over all this company has sunk into the pits of scammers and thieves! this will be the last time I use my reg bank card with them have to use prepaid I guess so they only have access to what the order is worth...BE CAREFUL

I placed an order on Wednesday and paid for Super Fast Shipping. The items have not shipped 2 business days later. I asked to cancel the order and they told me they could not do it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO WAIT EVEN PAYING CLOSE TO $50 FOR SHIPPING. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE. THEY DANCE AROUND YOUR QUESTIONS AND DENY THEY SAY SOMETHING WHEN IT IS RIGHT THERE IN THE CHAT.

King Size is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! Customer Service hung up on me 4 times! They are condencending and obnoxious and they lie to you. I had to cancel my cc because they were so awful!! I truly believe you will never get your order but they will keep your money! Stay clear of King Size, they will rip you off and customer service people are the worst ever! I don't know where they get their employees but you do not want to buy ANYTHING from this Company, ever!! BEWARE OF KING SIZE AND THEIR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! If I could give it Zero stars, I would, or better yet, minus 100!!!

I’ve never ordered from this company, but apparently they acquired my email. They send me emails several times a day. I’ve tried to unsubscribe about 20 times. I’ve even emailed them directly and was assured my email would be removed from their list, but I’m still getting several a day. It seems harassing potential customers is part of their marketing an and business plan. I will never do business with this company.

I’ve ordered a number of pairs of the same slacks from time to time. While the belt loops have varied as to number and placement, I put up with it. More recently they sent me a pair of pants labeled size 38 that was clearly about a size 52. Sent them back with a letter explaining the problem. They sent them back to me without opening the inner bag they were sent in and obviously did not read the enclosed letter. Said the return was sent too late. Service and quality are an embarrassment!

I returned a Jacket and because it was past the 60 day policy, they donated the item to charity, saying they are no responsible for the item any longer, what a bad policy will never buy anything from them again.
