I paid $26 for expedited shipping to arrive in 2-3 business days. 4 days would have worked, but it didn’t arrive on the weekend but for 5 business days. And that was only a portion of the order. I called to ask them to refund the shipping and they said no. And I still don’t have the last item which will end up 10-12 business days for delivery.

I ordered a leather bomber jacket that cost over $300 dollars with taxes and shipping fees. I received an order that was not the jacket I ordered instead it was a colorful weird looking sweater!! So disappointed due 2 it was a gift 4 someone now I don't have a gift! Called the customer service line she was absolutely no help at all! Apologized several times with no real sympathy behind her voice kept pronouncing my last name wrong! Then had the nerve to tell me to go and send the package bac and reorder the jacket I purchased in the 1st place!! Not my mistake! Then she said 2 go bac online n re-order the jacket after a 7-14day refund period. Then wait again 4 the order. Asked for a discount and a nxt day delivery without a fee if I did that. She refused said it's ONLY $11.99! For as early as Nov 5th. Just all bad. I wouldn't order or recommend them ever!!

I used to like King Size and use it for all my clothes. They are now a terrible company that seems to try and trick and scam their customers to take your money. Last 2 orders I have made they shipped the wrong size and make it a hassle to return and just get your money back. Most recently, I put in an order 1 month before a vacation for some new clothes. I really just wanted a jacket, but since they already had a ridiculously high $24 shipping charges, I added a few tshirts to my order as well. 2 weeks later, the package arrived and the jacket sent was the wrong size, but has a sticker on the bag with the size ordered. I had to call in to try and get the correct size sent as their website only allowed a return. The agent said it wasn't possible for them to just send a replacement and that he would refund only the item cost and I would have to reorder. I said this wasn't acceptable as I would again have to pay the ridiculous shipping charge to reorder, so why should I pay for their mistake? He said he couldn't refund shipping charge because I received other items that were correct. I stated it wasn't acceptable and I would be filing a PayPal claim as that was payment method used. Then he suddenly was able to reorder it and send me a replacement item with no additional shipping. It took 5 more days to get a shipping notification. But when you check the tracking number it just says Label Printed, Awaiting carrier pickup. It has been this way for a week. My vacation is now a couple days away and I no longer want the jacket since I won't get it in time. They say it can't be cancelled because it already shipped according to their system. They say I now have to wait 20 more days and call them back to file a lost package claim. So basically, they will have my money for about 6 weeks without providing what I actually ordered and I had to ship their incorrectly sent item back. A lot of wasted time for nothing.

Ordered a dress shirt for brother's wedding, paid extra for fast shipping that estimated 1-2 days shipping. 2 days later the shirt hasn't even shipped yet, they said that it can take up to 48 hours to process the order an then will take 2-3 more days to actually arrive. They also said that they cannot cancel the order since it's in "processing". Avoid this company.

I just saw a $16.95 charge to my credit for a 9/20/23 alledged order. I contact KingSize and they advised it was a monthly Rewards program charge. I NEVER SIGNED UP! I did buy a couple of shirts from them and am okay with that purchase. I contacted customer service for their reqards at 877-526-5592 after I asked customer service how to make sure this was cancelled. They did cancel it and refunded the money. BUT THIS WAS AN UNREQUESTED ITEM AND RECURRING CHARGE!!!!! How many people would have caught it? In my opinion DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

King size order on July 10 supposedly delivered July 14. Confirmation - shipped / delivered to wrong address by FedEx. Multiple email phone call no Customer Service. Affidavit filed and mailed July 26. King size email received acknowledges receipt of Affidavit. 2 times assured a refund is being processed. Ask for confirmation - sorry we cannot provide a confirmation. Delay. Delay. Delay. Now next Cust Service rep requests 2nd Affidavit. Faxed. Done and now Sept 20 supposedly time has expired to provide refund of product purchased and paid for. What a shame. Do Not buy from KingSize !!! It’s pretty clear to me now there is a Tactic here. Delay. Delay. Delay until. “Sorry time has expired we cannot help at this time”
