KingSizeReviews of kingsizedirect.com

Offers free shipping, had to jump through a bunch of hoops and never received anything, then, weeks after ordering I was charged another 17.88 for some reward club they seem to have auto-enrolled me into. I used to like their clothes, but after the scammy checkout process, I'll never order from King Size Big and Tall again.

I ordered one each big and tall flannel shirts to test the fit and quality. The flannel was more like two layers of gauze. I could see through it! After two washings, the big shirt, which did fit correctly out of the package, shrunk so much that the sleeves barely reach my wrist. I will never buy from them again. I responded to their request for comments. No response back.

I purchased 4 woven shirts at a combined cost of $138.80 including shipping for my husband for Christmas. He passed away due to a heart attack on 11/15/23. When I contacted Kingsize about returning them I was told that because the order was placed over 60 days ago (and bear in mind that it took almost 3 weeks from order until delivery) the shirts could not be returned. Even thought they've been wrapped and under our tree for almost a month now. I understand policy but this is ridiculous. I have no idea what I'll do with these shirts.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. The FAQ section specifically says this; “The good news is you'll receive your order by the expected date.” As well as; “Just a reminder – our delivery time frame should be 5-7 business days.” Yet my FIRST TIME order was not only late, but lost and customer service did NOTHING to rectify the situation. People buy from the company because Big and Tall men are limited to where they can buy clothes, so we depend on the company to deliver, both literally and figuratively. Very disappointing experience. Do better King Size!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARN MONEY THEY DONT CARE THEY JUST LIKE TO APOLOGIZE ALOT AND DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. THEY PRETTY MUCH TELL YOU SORRY DEAL WITH IT 😂 FU KING SIZE You take advantage of the discounts pay expedite shipping 5days later still hasn’t shipped. I paid $413 on my order $56 shipping cost for fastest shipping

My sister does not utilize the modern technology of smartphones or PCs of any kind. I am therefore leaving this review for her. From the hard copy catalog, She ordered 2 hats, one pair of gloves and a jacket. Despite the invoice listing everything correctly, the jacket was the ONLY thing they got right. This company must hire illiterate minimum wage morons who get drunk on their lunch hour. Just totally pathetic and I will never do any business with them at all. You would THINK that a company would at least TRY to get things right during the Christmas season, but they obviously just don't care at all about the customer.

KingSize has become the greediest plus size company for men. Offering low quality, overpriced products with outrageous shipping charges. They inflate their retail prices in order to show discounts that dupe the public. Shameful.

I swore I would never deal with King Size ever again a few years ago but I saw this jacket and thought I would give them one more try. I received my order on November 27th and 3 days later saw it on their website for 30.00 less, nearly a 30% savings. I contacted King Size for an adjustment and was told that it went against company policy. Change company policy. King Size is beyond hard to deal with and they couldn’t care for their customers any less than they already do.
