My sofa arrived missing a few fasteners. Yolyn had them in the mail the next day. She followed up to let me know when they’d arrive, and followed up again after delivery to make sure I had everything I needed. Outstanding customer support!

Yolyn was great at resolving a problem…
Yolyn was great at resolving a problem that I had with a part. She was very responsive every time I had to contact her. Although it took some time (several months) to get the part (out of stock), she made sure I had updates along the way.

Outstanding Quality and Customer Service
We purchased both a living room and family room complete furniture sets from King Living in Calgary, Canada. The quality of the fabrics and construction are truly outstanding. We had an issue with a swivel chair where the swivel mechanism was starting to fail and they replaced the entire chair rather than simply fix it. John Paul from their customer service center was amazing to deal with on this matter. He kept us informed via email and also several phone calls. Today we received the new chair and are 100% satisfied with it and the delivery process. This was truly exceptional customer service.

Entire apartment furnished with King Living
We have furnished almost our entire 3br apartment with King Living furniture. We chose them because of the clean and modern aesthetic, modularity, and great customer service.
The separate delivery team, Encompass Logistics, has caused some issues but King Living and John Paul have ensured that we were completely satisfied with our orders.
We got the Jasper sectionals, jasper ottoman, Jasper beds, 6000+ mattresses, vertio shelves, aspen table, heirloom chairs, Canyon console, Cassia ottoman, Dainelli Sideboard, Dainelli night stands, and Plateau Sun loungers. The leather and walnut finishes have been perfect. They are easy to maintain and resilient despite our great Pyrenees claiming them as her vantage.

Amazing experience
King furniture has exceptional sales people. We had interactions with several, including Julia who was responsible for our account. They were all friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the product, and very helpful. They never rushed us and gave us lots of useful advice to consider.
