King Living is second to none in their customer service, both pre and post sales. From sales rep at the store to any post sale issue resolution rep (John Paul in particular), King Living excels in ensuring customer satisfaction. We are very pleased and highly recommend King Living.

We love King Furniture
We love King Furniture. From the design, to the comfort and its versatility. But, what keeps us coming back is our design consultant, Lauren Bush. She makes everything seamless. She knows the product and what sets her apart is she knows her clients. Our initial purchase was nearly a year ago. When I called her to add a piece to my collection, she immediately knew who I was, what sofa we purchased and had made suggestions that matched our needs. We cannot wait for the new piece to arrive.

Everyone was kind but a very weird…
Everyone was kind but a very weird sales process, no pre-designed package information for the sales reps to use, or common configurations, or even a quick way for them to look it up. For us in the show room to need to go on our phones it was a little weird. Then no e-sign program post sale, we had to print docs, sign and send back.. all very odd for a large company to not have this infrastructure. Sales rep was very kind and nice though!

I had a great experience with King…
I had a great experience with King Living’s customer service. I called because the fabric on one section of my couch was pilling, and they arranged a replacement quickly. The entire process was smooth and easy. Sophia was especially helpful. She kept me updated about when the replacement would arrive and made sure I was taken care of throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend King Living. Their customer service is excellent, especially if you ever need help or changes after your purchase.

Great customer service
Kath was great with our concern about our sofa pocket accessory. She asked good questions and sent out a technician who changed out one part and now our little table is sitting level.
