From the moment I walked into the chicago show room, the customer service was outstanding. The product is such high quality it sells itself but Alex did a great job walking me through so the options and explaining what sets King apart.

Roland was a lifesaver. I'd placed an order online and he emailed confirming the order details prior to sending on to be fulfilled. Just so happens I had changed my mind and he was able to intervene and change my order. I adore my King sofas. Roland and entire sales and delivery team members have been a delight to work with.
