I researched and investigated so many different sofas, King Living stood out for many reasons. Metal frame, can recover, great service. The service has been very good, BUT I’ve needed so much of it. It was installed crooked, and it’s only been 9 months since delivery and the recliner buttons and functions have had chronic issues. I purchased the extra years on the recliner’s but I have no idea what I’ll do after that. I had asked for some money back and extended warranty for all the issues I’ve had with such an expensive purchase. They just said no…and my recliner tonight will not fully recline … again!! :( has anyone else had so many issues with the recliners? UPDATE: King Living — my 11-character order number is GRA25110226.
