I visited your Cheltenham store in…
I visited your Cheltenham store in Victoria today wanting to purchase dining chairs. Due to the horrible customer service I decided to look at other suppliers and purchase my chairs elsewhere. The most important thing to me when purchasing furniture is receiving great customer service!

BEST furniture ever!
BEST furniture ever!! I have the Promenade bed and it is sooooo amazing! The storage - I cannot live without and the mechanism is unlike any. I love my indoor sofa, their fabrics are so high grade. My daughter spilled something on it an it was so easy to clean!! Also have their outdoor set and I’m beyond impressed by the ability to re configure the chaise and the backs and the arm rest to change it up whenever. Honestly best furniture company.

Nice product and excellent customer service
Nice product! Good quality. What I got is what saw at the display. Delivery was free, well informed and smooth. Item was also assembled by the delivery crew on site! Love it!

My husband and I were looking for a comfortable and functional sofa for our first home. And we found this in the Jasper! The whole experience of choosing the couch was great since we were assisted by Daniel in the Tottenham Court Road showroom. He was very patient and helpful in answering all our questions.
