Dissapointer by the quality. Dents and crease galore and not what I expect after spending what I did. Wouldn't expect it from IKEA let along this. Sent an email today, awiaiting response. Will update this review accordingly regarding how theyr respond to the above and their helpfulness.

As a first time sofa buyer, I had an amazing experience with KING. Having stumbled upon the shop, I was very lucky to find a high quality sofa with the added benefit of inbuilt storage. Not only was I impressed by the furniture quality, the service was phenomenal. Sales consultant Juan couldn't have been more helpful and really did make the experience of picking a sofa both personal and easy. Would definitely recommend!

This is the home of luxury furnitures at an affordable price. The environment is superb, the furnishings & finishings are unparalleled and the reception is A++. I was well attended to by the friendly sales executive, Manoli. He was extremely receptive and happy to explain the different designs in the store. Definitely recommend.

I had a fantastic experience designing my living area. Manolis was extremely knowledgeable and had a great eye for putting pieces and fabrics together. Basically a free interior design service! He also helped me make sure that everything fit well in terms of sofa and rug size for the room. I stumbled across King Living by chance walking down Tottenham Court Road, and I’m so glad I did. They are a great company. I love their transparency about their products, allowing you to see the filling inside sofas, and the incredible spring structure. The sofas are also truly sustainable, being able to swap out parts and covers, instead of the whole sofa. I came out feeling like I wanted to celebrate!

We really hope that we will love our sofa when it finally comes, but after what seemed like excellent service in showroom, when we placed our order, the delays and lack of communication have been more than frustrating. We had liked a particular sofa arrangement and were debating the fabric when we were told that one of the choices we were considering was already on order and we could get it in at the end of January which was just a month of waiting, instead of 3+ months for bespoke. So, we went with that finish, which should have been delivered on the 28th of Jan. On the 24th we received an email, saying it was 'slightly delayed' and should be in London the following week. We did not hear anything the following week and finally had an email on the 8th Feb saying: "slightly further delayed, due to congestion at some of the ports earlier in the journey. Your order is now expected to arrive in London at the end of this week and we hope to be able to deliver to you towards the end of next week." That week, too, has come and gone and we have not heard anything from King. I wrote to them on the 15th Feb expressing my disappointment; that it seems yet again delayed and the time they said they would be in touch passed without communication. As yet, 21st Feb, we have still not had a response to my email. So as I said, we hope that we will be able to enjoy or sofa at some point. The quality was impressive, but the delay has proved frustrating and we might have gone with another fabric, if we had known we would have to wait so long, (the order was placed the end of December); we are nearing 2months as it is. We know that in these times allowances for shipment have to be made, but what should for foremost for such a supposedly reputable company is communication.

We stumbled upon the King store whilst walking down Tottenham Court Road and were instantly drawn in by the beautiful aesthetics. Assistant Manager Jordan was super helpful in explaining their modular sofa ranges, including fabric ranges and lead times, and making us feel extremely comfortable. He even took the time to map out the dimensions of our prospective sofa on our floor plan to help us make an informed decision. We left the store having purchased a sofa within 2 hours of viewing - probably one of their quickest sales ever but for us, it was a memorable and enjoyable experience!

We came to the store and we were delighted with the quality of these inovative products. Larisa was very helpful and knowledgable. She explained everything in detail and was very patient while we were choosing the samples. We are very thrilled with the result. This is a dream sofa! Thank you, Larisa and King’s team!
