For 2 months, I’ve been using the move+ pro multiple times a day, on my knees, on my neck, on my biceps/triceps, on my tummy to go to sleep. It works brilliantly, I definitely don’t feel pain after a 15min session, the battery last enough for a dozen sessions. I take it with me when travelling as it’s so light and does not take space (—-> not like the flexbeam which I own as well but use less now that I have the move+). The charging dock is well designed. I recommend it to my friends or colleague who suffer from articulations issues. Finally, I had an issue with one of the module, some minor silicone peeling off. They graciously sent me a replacement for free. I would assume they are super busy with all request so answers come after a few days but patience pays off ;) the customer service is very friendly.

The delivery expirience was excellent. I received the product as I expected. Set up process was little be complicated. I suggest to make any tutorial to explain how synchronize the devices, how can select different times treatment and how you can reset the devices. Thanks

Using Kineon for 2 weeks, I made sure that it really works. For 2 weeks + of usage, a really helpful gadget. Not only for me, but my family too. Thank you Kineon Team that find a way to transfer to Ukraine and for help.

I ordered the MOVE+ 5 days ago and paid for expedited shipping ($22) because I'm hoping this device will help me avert surgery on my ankle ligaments/tendons. I have sent several emails asking WHEN the product is GOING to SHIP?? I have received responses from Customer Service acknowledging my email, but NEVER RESPONSING to the QUESTION of when my MOVE+ is going to ship????? This is ridiculous. If the company doesn't have a product to ship they should NOT say, " If you're from the USA, you will get your Move+ device in roughly 2-3 days (Paid Shipping) and in 8-15 days for Free Shipping. " I actually believed I would get my product in 2-3 days! This is FALSE ADVERTISING and should stop. I just want to know, WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SHIP MY MOVE+??????

Fast and efficient communication from the staff and great customer service overall. One of my devices had a minor issue. I report the issue and immediately been informed that I will be receiving a replacement.

When I received my unit, one of the modules would not turn on at all. I had to argue with customer service for a week before they would send me a new one. The new one arrived and does not work either. They need some serious quality control.
