great product don't settle for anything but the best!

The use of sub-quality components makes these lights un-reliable. Purchased four XL750 units two years ago and had shipped to NZ. About 8 months into use, the fan in one of the units broke apart. Contacted Kind LED regarding repair, but couldn't get any progress based on receipts, so gave up. Now a second unit has a fan that disintegrated. So I opened the two units up... All eight of the fans in each XL750 have cracks in the blades. Only a matter of time before they all break apart. Would not buy for this supplier again.

You ask for it. So here goes. This will not be a positive review as my disappointment is epic. Customer service, poor. Delivery of equipment poor. The cost of equipment high. Twice that of competitors. Quality is yet to be determined but I would struggle to recommend this company to friends when there are so many other choices. I still haven’t received everything I ordered. Not happy. If I had it to do over I would take a different approach. No empathy from customer service. I find this company self-serving and would appreciate it very much if they would complete my order. Very disappointed. Great marketing got me there but after the money changed hands.... Who cares? Me, the end user.

I’ve bought multiple lights from them. Their customer service is second to none and their lights are the best I’ve used.

I have been using kind leds for 3 years and I will never use another brand. They make superior products. I have grown with comparable lights before and kind leds do indeed shine. I recently purchased the new X2 grow light and it has been an excellent experience. There is nothing like it on the market. The design is awesome. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future. The customer service is terrific as well. Every email or chat message that I sent was met with a prompt response. This is during the period where California had a surge in Covid 19 as well. The customer service manager Jeff Dei went above and beyond to address all of my concerns and make me feel like a valued customer. They are all top notch. A little kindness grows a long way indeed!
