Nice product with everything you need to get it hung up securely!

Order fulfillment was excellent, everything shipped and received in no time at all. Well boxed. Setup a bit confusing. I would have preferred adjustable hangers. Also I was expecting a switch to bloom, but I see no on/off or bloom switch. However plants seem to be doing very well. I'm satisfied overall.

these X-bars are awesome for closer plant-to-light applications, but I like the old gen 1 bars for that magic which happens at greater than four feet plant-to-light distance.

I love my grow light . The only problem is the wifi receiver never works so i have to manually put the presets . That is the only flaw in my opinion and if it wasn’t for that i would give 5 stars .

I am currently doing a side by side comparison grow with my new Kind K3 Series2 XL600 LED Grow light vs another similar LED light, and so far my Kind light is doing a better job. I would recommend this light for other growers.

First harvest under the X2 yielded tight, dense buds. Very even coverage. Heat was no issue at all. Controller is sold seperate and a little expensive but, over all, a very good purchase for serious growers.

So I had posted an extremely negative review, not about the product but about their customer service yesterday. There had been a prolonged period of intermittent back and forth with Customer Service leading to frustration. Today the Customer Service Manager reached out to me and I have to say it is refreshing to speak with a TRUE GENTLEMAN. This gentleman Jeff apologized profusely and rectified the situation thus restoring my faith in KIND LED Customer Service and KIND LED as a whole. They have agreed to replace the light at my convenience and shipping should be in progress as I type this. THANK YOU JEFF at KIND LED. I look forward to a long and productive relationship.
