Bought the Kind X750, thinking It was gonna be great, IDK flowers aren't very big or dense...first time using a LED but just doesn't seem very bright at all..I can look directly at with no problem at all...I spent alot on this light, I hope it's just a me problem, but I don't feel so

I purchased the Kindled x750 about 4.5 months ago during that full duration of time between then and now the 8 foot extension cord that would enable me to keep the power supply outside the tent has been out of stock... love the light but frustrated that I can't get the best results due to this issue. A time frame resolution to this out of stock issue would be greatly appreciated.

I bought the light expecting to be able to mount the driver outside of my tent just like the Mars hydro light I was upgrading from. I even checked the x series manual to make sure it was capable, which it is but I received no remote cable, the one sent literally forces you to mount it on top of the light so you have to deal with it's extreme heat as well. Light works good and par is acceptable but I don't think I will be keeping it if I can not find a cable to move the driver outside of the tent. Disappointed because I figured Mars hydro was beneath kind led and I just am not certain I made a good choice.

The day after my light was shipped they discontinued that LED line and announced new lights so I cancelled to see what new was in store and got to pay $60 for the privilege, so Kind LED gets a zero from me. I also got a Gorilla branded carbon filter but they shipped out the wrong one, not the wrong size, a whole different brand. Eventually I got that straightened out but it took the better part of a month and way more work than necessary. The bright spot was the customer service rep I dealt with at Growstrong, Mike T. who got everything corrected with the filter but was unable to reason with the company about the "restocking" fee for the light. Time will tell on my Lotus nutes because thats in progress. While I have wanted to upgrade to a Gorilla tent for along time I'm not sure I want to deal with this level of hassle again even though they are great tents, if I do I think it will be direct with my local shop even if higher priced so any issues can be dealt with more easily.

High quality lights, but way overpriced. The materials cost a very small fraction of the overall cost to manufacture these products. The brand name is not worth a 1000% mark up.

Great light so far just noticed that a few diodes have went out tried to call no one every available to talk. Hopefully I can get it replaced or parts to fix the diodes

I bought two lights. My grow is just starting but I'm having issues with the KIND Farm as I can't connect the two lights so I can update both at one time. NP, I can connect to both lights separately via their individual IP addresses but ...... Also having issues with temp on one of the lights, it won't display in command center. I called in and customer service said it was my bandwidth but not sure I agree. Another issue is the return policy. They won't ship you a light until they receive yours? They do air freight back but your SOL for 4 - 5 days if you don't have backup. I don't know, seems petty. They could take a deposit for value of light until defect is returned to them or maybe the expectation is grower's need backup lights? One other issue I had was with knob on light used to setup wi-fi and other options. On one light the alpha and # characters we're unrecognizable. It was simple fix but for the money, I expect this to work on arrival. So I'm giving them low rating. If they didn't have live help you can speak with, the rating would be lower. I also think the user manual could be improved with a troubleshooting section to resolve simple issues; e.g., the knob issue mentioned previously. I hope I can return and upgrade my rating once the 1st season is complete. ET

Great light. Delivers less heat than other in the 300w range. Important in a confined space that can heat up quickly. However - early this year I bought an XL600 for a different space. When it arrived, two of the banks didn't light up. They repaired this and returned to me, and it's worked fine since. Now, after less than 3weeks use at 20 hrs/day, two of the 6 banks on my new XL300 have gone out, and I'm forced to repeat the experience from earlier this year. When plants are growing, it's not good to lose lighting for weeks. Better quality control needed before shipping, it seems.
