My name is nick and Iv been a kind user since the kind k3 l300s came out. Iv currently been running 4 of those for about 5 years years now on 12 and 12 and I’m just now having bulbs go out on me. I’m not sure why but for 5 years I suppose that’s good. I’m trying to get a hold of customer service and praying they can help. If so, I will come come back and leave 5 stars and great words to back it up and make sure all my growin buddies know where to go to get there uv supplies :)

I started growing so that my children would not have to use pharmaceutical. One was diagnosed AD, another HDD, another Bi Polar. Two have a hard time sleeping. I had bought some used lights and they worked for a while. They would get hot, and I would have to water to much . I have a 3 bye 7 grow room and would do okay with about six plants. Because of the heat of three lights there was a small yield. With the new Kind_Led K3 Series2 XL600 , my grow has triple. I bought two, but one is more than enough for the space I have,but when I get my new space I'll be ready. Thank you Kind Led.

I do have three bulbs that are out. I don’t know how to go about getting them switched but man the light is fantastic!

I had what started as a bad experience, turn out to be a positive one. Michael with the customer service team at Kind LED was able to diagnose my problem via chat and determine that I didn't need to spend money to ship my light back for service. A couple days later a new SD card and WiFi dongle showed up at my house. Now both my light and connection to my router work flawlessly without the hassle of sending my unit back. The best grow lights i’ve ever used my plants started growing much faster after i switched to kind led.worth every doller.

I have a small greenhouse and live in a heavily wooded area that limits the sun that is needed to grow. After much research, a Kind grow light was a viable option to extend the rays needed in my greenhouse. I purchased the X80 Flower and have been using it for about 1 month and it surpasses what I had hoped for. It was easy to mount and hook up to my timer. I highly recommend Kind grow lights for all your growing needs.
