Dear Adam, We want to address your review concerning your two purchases—the Beloved Passion Blooms and the Heartfelt Passionate Blooms. When local flower shops in our network are unable to fulfill arrangements to our standards, our strict protocol is to void the orders immediately rather than delay customer funds. Complete reimbursements for both orders were fully executed on our platform right upon cancellation, with zero delay from our side. Any remaining turnaround window is governed entirely by standard interbank clearing and your financial institution's posting cycles. Best regards, Kiky Florist Team

Dear Jane, We want to address your review regarding the Steel Carrier Bouquet purchase. While we understand this was planned as a housewarming surprise, local fulfillment could not be completed, which prompted our platform to execute a cancellation. Holding customer balances is never our policy. Rather than capturing payment, our system immediately voided the charge on our payment gateway the moment the order was dropped, ensuring your card was never settled or permanently billed. Your financial institution will clear the temporary authorization hold from your statement based on their regular posting schedule. Best regards, Kiky Florist Team
