It would be a zero if I could!!! Today is the 24th, I ordered flowers on the 20th to be delivered on the 25th for a celebration of life. Today, Saturday at 3:45 I received an email saying they had cancelled my order. This was to let the family of my cousin know that I was with them in heart from 2000 miles away. Five days before the delivery was scheduled for, and they couldn't make it happen. Really funny just before they cancelled the order, the guy I spoke to I think originally with a vey heavy accent, called and insisted that I leave them a review immediately. 🤪 Before flowers were even to be delivered. WOW!!! DON'T just don" think about ordering from this incompetent or scam of a company.

They advertise they could deliver when they could not . This is important for anniversary, ect . Terrible strongly do not recommend unless you want to be empty handed on the day of.

They took my money and never delivered the flowers to my friend on her bachelorette! SCAM!

Absolute total scam company!!! I placed 3 different orders and my flowers were never delivered. A guy with an accent called me right after I placed one of the orders and was trying to force me to give them a good review before my flowers were even delivered. He was so insistent but I declined until after the flowers were delivered. Thank goodness, because my flowers were NOT delivered at all, not one of the 3 orders I placed. Now I have to go through my bank and try to get my money back. Stay far away from this scam!!

Kiky Florist was great to work with! Their website was easy to navigate and I got a call from Alexander a week before my order was to be delivered. Alexander went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct, which is appreciated! Highly recommend!

Listen this place is a JOKE! I placed a order to deliver flowers for my grandmother birthday. Which I asked the guy before taking my money could the flowers be delivered and he said YES! Well 1 hour later I received an email stating my order was canceled and I should receive my refund in 5-10 business days. Guess what after 13 days still no refund!!! Avoid this company trust me!!!!
