****PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING AT THIS STORE*** I am writing this review to warn others about the terrible service at Kiky Florist. I placed an order back in May (Order #KIK-HS97OA-973A), which the store canceled, informing me that the delivery could not be fulfilled. They promised a full refund, but it has been over four months, and I still have not received my money back. I have sent multiple emails requesting proof of the refund, but the support team has only provided generic, empty apologies without ever actually resolving the issue. Essentially, they have kept my money, provided no flowers, and failed to provide any documentation for the transaction reversal. Dealing with them has been a complete nightmare, and it feels like a total scam. I am now forced to explore legal actions to recover my funds. Do not purchase from this company.

We would like to clarify that your order for the Radiant Red Tulips had to be canceled because our local partner florist experienced a sudden stock shortage of fresh red tulips, which are the primary bloom of this design. Rather than delivering an inadequate substitute, our system canceled the order and released your full reimbursement immediately. As this transaction dates back to May, our billing platform confirmed the credit was issued at that time. If your financial institution has still not reflected these settled funds on your statement, we kindly request that you contact your card issuer to open a billing dispute with your bank, as that will allow them to trace and clear the funds directly through their network. This is not a florist, it is an order-forward service. Save your time and effort, and contact a brick-and-mortar florist in the city you need. Kiky canceled my order at the last minute (flowers for a funeral), presumably due to the actual local florist not being able to fulfill the order in time. I was notified that I would receive a payment reversal, but it is nearly a month later and there is no sign of it. I've contacted customer service and received a nice response, but there has not been any progress. I ended up beginning a dispute with my credit card company as I won't spend any further time continuing to monitor for this refund.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great experience! They were very helpful and made getting flowers for my girlfriend super easy. Everything I needed was taken care of quickly I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flowers!

Flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday the 18 of Sept for a Wake and Funeral, received an email the next day 19 Sept, that they could not able to fulfill and deliver the order. This was very disheartening for the family. The email stated that a refund was generated, but the family is without flowers for their loved one.
