AVOID
I believe this is a scam website. I placed an order for a gift delivery and paid $140 via debit card. Two hours later, I received two emails; the first said my order had been cancelled, and the second said a refund had been issued to my debit card. The second email warned that it could take 5-10 business days for my bank to reflect the refund. Six days later, the debit charge appeared at my bank. Since then, I've traded several emails with the website, and they always say the same thing: they are "working to resolve" the issue. The refund still hasn't appeared. ------ additional comments after business's reply: I’m not going to call the Kiky Florist reply a lie; I’m also not going to trust the website again. Here’s a timeline of the transaction & communication history (all times Pacific Standard): 5/23/26, 1:55P: kpb submits & pays for order submitted; Kiky confirms $140 payment received via debit card 5/23/26, 3:27P: Kiky emails order cancellation due to “local partner” issue 5/23/26, 3:29P: Kiky emails message that “full reversal of … payment” will be made 5/27/26, 4:23A: Kiky sends email claiming “full refund has already been processed” 5/29/26, no time stamp: Bank reports transaction, “PURCHASE AUTHORIZED” for $140 5/29/26, no time stamp: kpb files claim with bank to stop transaction; bank to investigate & issues “provisional credit” 6/11/26, 12:20P: kpb emails requesting status on refund 6/11/26, 12:46P: Kiky emails “actively working on” returning funds; promises updates 6/16/26, 11:32A: kpb emails requesting status on refund 6/16/26, 11:43A: Kiky emails “actively working on” returning funds; no promised update 6/16/26, 2:14P: kpb posts TrustPilot review 7/16/26, 7:19A: TrustPilot requests additional information for Kiky 7/21/26, 8:40A: Kiky posts TrustPilot reply Notes: — debit card charge processed SIX DAYS AFTER order is cancelled — debit card charge processed TWO DAYS AFTER Kiky claims “full refund has already been processed” — TrustPilot review posted after Kiky claims THREE TIMES to be “actively working on” returning funds — bank changes “provisional credit” to full credit nearly a month after “PURCHASE AUTHORIZED” — no way to know whether refund was actually received by the bank or if credit was issued due to good will policy If the Kiky Florist site isn’t a scam, the timeline above demonstrates that it’s unprofessional enough not to be trustworthy.

Dear Ken, We would like to address your feedback regarding your Aureate Glow Plant purchase. This order had to be voided because our partner florist in that region lacked the exact living plant required to fulfill the order accurately. Our protocol when a primary floral item is unavailable is to immediately release all held payment funds back to the customer. This transaction was successfully reimbursed through our billing system at the time of cancellation. Your card issuer will post the returned balance in accordance with their standard processing schedule. Best regards,
