Place was horrible . Placed an order for flowers on a Sunday at around noon. I did t even care if it was next day delivery. Somthing went wrong and tins cluldnt. Ell.me.ezafrly what. I want to know if it was her who turned them away

Scammers?? I ordered flowers for same-day delivery today. The moment the credit card was processed, the screen just went blank. No email or text confirmed the order, but the money was deducted from my credit card immediately. I contacted the help line, but the person just put me on hold. I received an email afterwards cancelling my order and stating that I will get a refund within 5-10 working days. Unacceptable. It surely looks like a scam!

This purchase had to be voided because local dispatch schedules for same-day delivery had already closed for the day. Our strict protocol when same-day fulfillment is no longer feasible is to void the transaction immediately. Since the order was dropped instantly, your card was never permanently charged, and our system released the payment hold right away. Your financial institution will clear the pending authorization following their standard clearing window. Best regards,
