Dear Christine, We would like to address your review regarding the Lively Tide Arrangement. This purchase was canceled because the local flower shop lacked the essential fresh white lilies and pink roses required to build the bouquet accurately without diminishing its presentation. When crucial floral elements are depleted, our system automatically voids the order and credits your account. Holding customer funds is never our policy. Your reimbursement was processed at the time of cancellation, and to eliminate any potential delays across banking networks, we have re-pushed the refund transaction through our gateway today. Your bank will reflect the returned balance in accordance with their standard posting schedule. Best regards,

Dear Kyleigh, We want to address your updated review with clarity. Your purchase was canceled solely due to regional coverage constraints, as the address provided fell outside the reach of our local partner florist. When an order cannot proceed, our system immediately releases all funds back to the original payment method. We do not process secondary charges or retain customer money. Any temporary pending lines or balance timing discrepancies are managed entirely by your card issuer's posting rules. Best regards,

Dear Martha, We would like to address the details regarding your Glow Sky Blooms order. We made every effort to execute a same-day delivery for your arrangement; however, the order had to be canceled as the local flower shop was unable to take on the request within that day's schedule. Regarding the phone conversation, our representatives only ask for feedback concerning customer service interactions rather than order completion. Your charge was promptly voided on our end upon cancellation, and any temporary pending authorization will clear per your bank's schedule. Best regards,

Dear Teri, We would like to address the details regarding your Azure Enchantment Blooms order. This purchase had to be voided because there was no active local florist partner available within the functional service boundaries of that specific delivery destination. Our strict rule when an address cannot be safely reached is to cancel the transaction right away and return all funds. Your full reimbursement was completely finalized through our billing system upon cancellation, and the turnaround window is determined solely by your financial institution's standard clearing schedule. Best regards,
