They took the order and asked me to write a positive review before the flowers arrived. The next day they cancelled the order and promised a refund. They are not a local florist. They are a broker that takes orders then tries to fulfill them. STAY AWAY

When fulfillment for your Fresh Breeze Garden could not proceed, our protocol was to cancel the transaction right away so customer funds were never captured. Your payment was completely voided on our billing platform at the exact moment of cancellation, meaning no permanent charge was processed on our end. Review invitations are automated platform communications regarding checkout and support. Any temporary pre-authorization hold will drop automatically per your bank's normal release cycle. Ordered flowers for a friend. Paid $90. Waited all day for delivery. At 4:30 pm I received an email that the order was cancelled and I would get my refund in 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS. Absolute scam. Do NOT use this company!

The purchase had to be canceled because the delivery address provided had no active partner florist available within its functional coverage area to complete the handoff safely. Holding customer funds is never our policy, nor do we run a fraudulent operation. While your full reimbursement was issued immediately at the time of cancellation, our team has manually re-pushed the refund transaction through our billing platform today to ensure there are no lingering processing holds between banking networks. Dear Greg, We would like to clarify what occurred with your Smile Bouquet order. This purchase had to be voided because there was no local flower shop available within the safe service radius of that delivery address to fulfill the order. When an order cannot proceed, our protocol is to cancel the transaction right away and release all payment holds. To eliminate any lingering processing delays between financial institutions, we executed an additional manual refund push through our payment gateway today. Ordered flowers for next day delivery to surprise my mom for her birthday and they called me day of delivery and told me their driver wasn’t able to deliver them for two more days which would’ve been two days past my moms birthday so I cancelled the order.
