Placed an order...6 days later still showing as "processing". Needed it for a Christmas present. Decided to phone...several minutes in the queue to finally get through to someone who sounded like they were just at home, taking a casual call. Was told there was a technical glitch and no stock left. First and last experience of this shocking company.

Horrible customer services. Been waiting 10 days for my order but got nothing. They dont answer the phone, dont respond to emails. If you want kiehls items go to store instead if this horrible website. They seriously need a cleaning of all customer services member and bring new people that actually know what theyre doing.

Horrible customer support. I've been calling, emailing, messaging, and tweeting at this company for 2 weeks about an order that's was delivered missing half the items. I enjoyed their products but after this experience I will no longer support them.

Worst courier and customer service ever!! I don't know why they asked for a phone number. You never receive an sms from courier to know wher your order will be delivered. I work from home so I'm at it all day and the courier said they tryied for three times to deliver it which was absolutely false! they did not even tryied to call me for delivery. Now my order is comming back to kiehls which I called thousands times before I had the chance to talk whith somebody... They not offer a solution, just a refund. i will never buy from them again, change all my products to The ordinary, better price, same results

Ordered an item online using Paypal for payment. Probably the worst checkout experience I have ever had. After two attempts to place the order I have managed to get notification from Paypal that I have placed an order with Kiehl's but nothing from Kiehl's. No receipt, no order number, no confirmation of having placed an order. I am now expected to spend my time following this up. 10th December. I have made further attempts to order from this company and have 'phoned their customer services twice. I am told that it takes 48 hours to acknowledge an order and it is not possible to cancel an order. I have now given up. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would advise everybody to avoid this dreadful,dreadful company.

Terrible customer service. Black Friday code didn't work. Trusted rep and still ordered at full price with the promise of a refund of the difference in a few days. Never happened. Called and asked to speak to supervisor. None available. Promised a callback. Waited all day. Never happened. Called again. No supervisor available to speak to me. Business must be pretty good that they treat their customers like this. I will no longer be using Kiehl's products. If I were a Kiehl's employee idbe embarrassed to work there.

Worst customer service ever Ordered the calendar the beginning of November when it was in stock, phone call today to c s to find out why it was delayed.This was a gift for my daughter deployed abroad and needed to send it asap. To be told I wouldn't be receiving it as it was out of stock, despite being in stock when I ordered it! So it takes a call from me to find out I wasnt getting my order, no communication at all from them, then insult to injury my refund could take up to 14 days!!! Useless customer services shambolic company

the worst customer service ever! i try for a month to order an advent calender. kiehls ignored messages on this, pms on facebook, and got THE WORST customer service on the website. so i finally got to place an order. 2wks later received nothing. so it turns out when i messaged the website, that they were out of the product even though it said IN STOCK, but get this, they were never going to say a word about it, just take the money and send nothing! i am in absolute shock how this company is in business...they have the absolute WORST people working for them - JOKE of a company!
