Ordered on 29/11/2020. Called today was told there was an error processing the payment. Even though the money has been taken out of my account. Customer service rep said nothing can be done and they do not contact you if there are any problems. Basically Kiehl’s said “f off” and order again if you want. Kinda glad i won’t be getting my stuff. Hope it does get refunded. Will be going else where

Ma parlo in particolare dell'ordine effettuato il 10/12 da 77,60€ approfittando del codice di Clio Makeup per ricevere una pochette in omaggio. Vado sul sito, piazzo l'ordine, inserisco il codice e mi appare nel carrello questa pochette carinissima di cui posso anche scegliere il colore. Pago e dopo pochi minuti mi arriva la conferma ordine con il riepilogo in cui non appare la pochette. Chiamo il servizio clienti che mi informa che purtroppo gli omaggi sono soggetti a disponibilità ed evidentemente non era più disponibile. Nel carrello c'era, appena pagato è sparita. Un po' poco onesto. Inoltre la spedizione sta subendo dei ritardi e anche di questo si dispiacciono ma non possono farci nulla. A saperlo andavo a comprare tutto in negozio. Pessimo servizio, poca trasparenza e poca onestà, tutto decisamente inaspettato dato il costo e la fama dei prodotti. Mai più.

Placed an order on November 29th and received no dispatch note. Sent an email chasing, two weeks later, with no response. Rang customer services today and was told they would look into it. I have now been automatically refunded - but all I wanted was my order. I realise times are exceptionally hard right now but there is no excuse for zero communication. Do not take part in Black Friday offers if you cannot fulfil your customers' orders - I'm just grateful I wasn't ordering Christmas presents.

Ordered on black Friday. Waited 10 business days but order still not dispatched. Called customer service to be told my item was "out of stock" at time of purchase. I just checked the website and the item is showing as "in stock" so why can't they process my order. I have no way of requesting a cancellation or refund as I have to wait 30 days for the order to be handled??? No one ever gets back in touch if you request a call back and there is no escalation process. This is quite frankly a robbery, I'm giving them a week to resolve or else it's being claimed through my credit card provider.

This did not give me the option to not give any stars! Disgraceful customer service! I have lost £48 as my order has not arrived despite sending 3 emails, NO RESPONSE! 3 calls to customer service and on hold for one hour 19 minutes only to be given a reference number with a ‘promise’ I would get a call. You’ve guessed it! NOTHING! Kiehls have STOLEN my money! Thieves and liars! 🤬

I made an order with Kiehls on the 29/11/1010, after a week they had not dispatched my order. Contacted them on twitter and was brushed off with a “we will look in to it” reply.... a few days later i contacted them again for an update and they said they had no update. After applying pressure they finally admitted my order was out of stock and was cancelled. YET their website is still selling the item and taking orders for it. Why are you taking orders for an item that is out of stock then? The fact it took them 11 days to confess that it was “out of stock” is just terrible customer servicd. I would have actually happily waited for my order if they had just been honest?! They cancelled it without my permission. If i had read some of the reviews on here earlier i would have never placed an order with a company with such useless customer service team like this. Truly dissappointed.

Same issues as everyone else. Spent a lot of money on 12/1, and today is 12/11. I have a tracking number for the package but it is still waiting at their facility to be picked up -- its been 6 days that it has been sitting at the facility to picked up! Every customer service agent is rude and unhelpful. I realize this is not their fault, but other agents at other companies will admit their company's mistake and reship with 1-2 days! I called on 12/7 and they told me to call back on 12/9, I called on 12/10, and they told me to call back on 12/11. I called back today and the customer service agent was rude and interrupted, she said a supervisor would call (they didn't), and hung up on me. So I called to follow up and the new agent told me to call back on 12/16! At this point, it is worthless and just want to cancel the order and never shop at Kiehl's again. I usually shop in their store, but at this point I will find another brand. With the cost of their product, you would think they would have comparable customer service. I receive better customer service from Target when I have had online order issues. Kiehl's could learn a thing or two from them. Nordstrom as well!

What a joke. Quoted 3-5 business days for order. Called "customer service" after 7 days, told me nothing I didn't already know (your order hasn't been despatched - you think!). Suggested waiting 5 more days then call "customer service" again - for what? No more information? Not possible to cancel order. Can only reject delivery then wait for refund, I'm sure they'll handle that well! So I'm just going to accept this delivery when (if) it ever happens, then never use Kiehls again.
