No one replies Emails! I had an issue with one of the products causing my skin to feel tingling and burning sensation to the point my skin became red. So I emailed in twice, one week apart and its been a month and no replies. Why would I waste my time going in store when no one can email me back??? What's funny is I initially wanted to purchase another product but the sales person told me to get a different one. So I bet my skin wouldn't be reacting like this if I just followed my own decision instead of listening to their advice. I know because I tried the sample for the one I wanted. Ugh expensive high end products but no customer service.

I love their product and I am a loyal customer for years. However, I have ordered midnight recovery oil on of 24th February which supposed to come with a vacation size cream(as deal has promised). I recived my order (reacovery oil) but not the vacation size (ever). I have called 3 times and I have never received the produced as they promised neither any confirmation e-mail. I am very upset with it. It is not the way you treat old and loyal costumer!

Unsure where the negative reviews are coming from. Used this company for the first time over the last few months (more than once) and had no problems. Products I bought have been an absolute miracle with my skin! Tried so many products over the years and nothing at all stopped the awful oily acne prone skin until I tried their products!

Poor after service. I bought several mens roll on deodorants (Body Fuel Antiperspirant and Deodorant) in October 2020 @ £17 each. When the first one ran out (last week), I opened the others. They were faulty (liquid came pouring out of the roller) and I raised the issue with customer services. As three months had past, they refused to help and took no responsibility for their faulty product, with not even an apology or concern for their substandard product. For a premium product and price tag, I would have expected a bit more than this.

I've ordered from the Kiehl's website twice. The first time my order was cancelled without notification before or after. I only found out about the cancellation when I logged into my Kiehl's account and saw that my order was no longer 'processing' but had been 'cancelled'. Money was not taken from my bank account so I went ahead and placed another order. The second order went through without trouble. I checked my spam and found no email about the cancellation though so I thought it was strange - so despite the second order going through I found it very strange. I recently placed another order on the Kiehl's website and this time money was deducted from my bank account immediately so I thought my order went through and was happy to see that happen. But a day later I got an email saying my order has been cancelled. I called them up to tell them money has been deducted from my bank and they told me to wait for the refund. It's been over 7 days now and I am still waiting for the said refund. I called again to ask about this and was given the same answer about the 7 day wait time. I've been given no answer as to why this order cancellation thing keeps happening and only just realized it's been happening to a lot of other customers after reading reviews online. If you want to order Kiehl's products I would recommend doing so in store or at other stockists. Their official site seems to be very buggy and unreliable. I am still waiting for my refund with little hope and am shocked at how a big company has such a poorly run online shop.

If you want something soon, don't expect them to ship fast. I ordered from their online store on 02/17/21. Half of the order was shipped on 02/24/21 the other half is not shipped yet on 02/25/21. What does take them so long to ship those items?

Terrible Customer Service. Published delivery time is a fabrication. My item is still on its way 12 days since order. 5 days past what is stated on website 1-2 days dispatch, 3-5days delivery time. The problem is no one can tell me where the item is. Kiehls state that Aust.Post are their partner so cannot act on your behalf to locate whereabouts of item once dispatched. Call Aust. Post and they tell you to contact the company. In short once you have paid and got receipt you're on your own. Its up to you to chase non deliveries. Multiple phone calls to Kiehls, up escalation to seriously unresponsive management, an email and 3 phone calls to Aust. Post. Complete waste of time. I'm a 20yr loyal Kiehls instore customer. I'm so disgusted with how I've been treated. It is really shocking to be honest.

I love Kiehl's products and the online purchase was good. I could choose mini-size samples and use some discount coupons too. Nothing to complain about!
