I have no issue with the products which are very good, but the customer service and reward scheme is a joke. They advertise points for different services, which do not get added to your account, then when you query it after weeks of waiting you are told you have already redeemed them!!!

To be honest I would not even give then 1 star if I could give no stars. Their customer service is appalling - they don't care at all. Don't get fooled but their reward scheme. I had enough points for £10 and it did not work. I contacted Customer Service to be told nothing they could do so I have lost the money. Do NOT use this company.

I found a tiny bug with legs on in my rosewater toner it was so disgusting!!! I contacted the customer service as concerned about their hygiene problems and trying to get it sorted but seems like no one cares, the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced in my life. I left a review on their website and they deleted it because it was a bad review and the truth which they don’t want people to know about! So disgusted after 4 years shopping with them and please AVOID this company, if you have any troubles with the order I suggest you phone your bank to report the scam, get your money back that way rather then have a hope for them!

我买的50多刀的一个商品，给我发错货了，换成一个20几刀的。我发的邮件也不回，于是找online chat联系。客服让我把照片发给他，结果我耗了一小时，用2个邮箱号给他们客服邮箱发了5-6封邮件，结果这个客服一直说没有收到，没有看到任何照片，我都TM收到好几条自动回复的邮件了 你跟我说没收到？ 然后说没看到照片，他们是不能重新补寄的。 我真草了，我就怀疑是故意不想处理 装看不见邮件，要么就是他们email系统太烂了！

Esperienza pessima Io ho effettuato un ordine che non è mai appare nella sezione “ i miei ordine”. Ho chiamato tre volte e alla fine devo fare il rimborso. C’è ne senso tra banche e chiamate🙂

Highly not recommended for online purchases, they are very unhelpful and not taking any responsible with their product!!! The level of customer service is the worst ever!!!!! Till today, I have not received my order. When I’m contacting them, they asked to directly contact AusPost!!! Ridiculous!!! They should follow-up with them because they are the seller!!! Seriously, I rather to change my product instead of buying them again thru online… ENOUGH!!!

If it was possible to give a no star review for the customer service experience I would. From a company that prides it’s self on the tradition of heritage I’m surprised they are still around. The customer service either are rude or unprofessional and when you email they don’t reply. The products I ordered online have still not arrived as well. Also be warned of the other for anything free with purchase as they do not honor it. For a better product I would use Aesop.
