The doctor I was connected with was kind, efficient, and was able to offer me much needed treatment to help with my illness! Everything was completed in a very timely manner - from when I first logged in to when everything was complete!

K Health is so extremely helpful. Every time I've had an issue, they respond promptly and kindly. They've helped with my mental health exceptionally well, and the doctors have always been super polite and friendly to me. They hear me out and give me the time to discuss my issues. I love that the format is through texting - I tend to get quite anxious about medical stuff, and texting actually allows me to take more control of my health because I'm more likely to seek a doctor's advice. So grateful for this company, and I hope to use them for a long time!

The NP that I spoke with made me seem like a drug seeker for mental health meds! I am not nor have I ever been a drug seeker! It’s mental health meds NOT controlled substances! I take 2 combination meds. One I get from my PCP and one I get from K health. All I wanted was a refill on the med that K health prescribed me! She was extremely condescending!

The app is *horrendous* from a technical perspective. Workflows are broken, it’s not intuitive, and on top of that, you get canned answers and non-personalized care from providers.

I love being able to get simple care needs addressed online 24/7 rather than going to urgent care. My PCP is always booked out a couple months so unless I’m doing an annual visit I can forget the ability to get care.

Worst telehealth experience I have ever had. The nurse practitioner was condescending and frankly rude when I discussed my medical issue. She did not listen to what I had to say, forgot or ignored information I shared earlier, and was generally unhelpful. K health essentially wasted over an hour of my time and stole $73 from me. Anyone else who has had issues with them, I suggest reporting to your states medical licensure board, as my state is looking into K Health now.

Used the app for a sinus / ear infection. needed prescription for antibiotics. Instead of pills got drops which did nothing to help. was told I needed to go to a in person doctor. defeats purpose of app. waste of time and money.
