HORRIBLE!!! I have been waiting 2 days and no response. In the meantime, I went to a walk in, 5 min later got a prescription and left. This is a TOTAL SCAM.

I have the VA medical system for healthcare but hard to see get appointments especially for female related issues. Was able to sign up, go through my symptoms, speak with a dr, and get a script within an hour. I would recommend this service for non-life threatening issues that are easily diagnosable.

Great experience. Quick and Dr was super friendly. She was quick to call prescriptions in for my lower back. I would highly recommend if you need a dr right away and dont have insurance.

Ok i delete my previous review. Maybe they didn"t help me maybe what i can understand they couldn"t but they have given me back my money so i"m happy now.

YOU'LL BE ASKED TO ANSWER QUITE A BIT OF QUESTION MAKE OUT YOUR TALKING TO A CLINICIAN. I HAD TO DO THIS PROCESS 3XS PAGE WOULD JUST SAY ERROR OR BLACK OUT. NO ITS NOT MY INTERNET. EACH TIME I GOT FURTHER INTO MORE FORMS. WAS TOLD A DR WILL BE IN CONTACT AT 7AM . NEVER HAPPENED. SENT SEVERAL GMAIL'S NOW THEY WONT EVEN LET ME OPEN UP THEIR GMAIL TO SENT THEM ONE. LOCKED ME. THEY DONT WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH YOU AFTER YOU FIGURE OUT YOU'VE BEEN SCAMMED. IVE ASKED FOR REFUND BUT I DOUBT IT. ITS A GRIFT SERIOUSLY DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY .oh by the way Angela. I'm happy you feel you had good experience. But it was very negative of say you believe all of us who had really terrible treatment, that you believe we were prescription hunting or just plain stupid. As you "I don't think the people who complained didn't read etc" You should never assume what others have done cause you don't want to believe their reviews. I needed blood pressure med. I really don't feel I should have to put this info in my review. Her review in a few below mine. Bless all who didn't get help...UPDATE. APRIL 28TH Health, after several emails and others words exchanged They refunded me my money. I thanked them for doing this. Hopefully they will stop, changed or update their procedures and take people more serious when turning to them for help when sick. Do the people right....

The onboarding proses is garbage. And the doctor I ended up chatting with didn't seem to know the difference between respiratory tract and lungs.

I joined at $27. I have many health issues. I was able to get help with ease. I was a bit confused as to how to use it at first. I received 4 different meds. One wasn't what was needed and I returned to the chat for that appointment and explained what happened and it was corrected... Cream vs ointment issue. I tried a couple of times as I didn't complete the process the first time to actually reach someone. People are complaining however it says plain as day... If it is an emergency situation go to the ER... They also state they don't treat extremely depressed people in the mental health section. They won't give narcotic prescriptions either. I think the people who have complaints did not read all of the details or complete the process correctly!!! My meds were ready to pick up at my pharmacy faster than I ever experienced!!! I was addressing chronic health issues and was able to provide documentation with a MRI. They give referrals also. I would suggest paying the 27$ ($9 a month for 3 months). It's only 8$ more than a one time visit. So if you need help after the 7 days they give for a follow up you are covered. I love how the notes were still there (the exact communication with the prior doctor) So I didn't have to repeat the information. The first time I put lots of information before I got to the connection with the doctor part. The second time I put the bare minimum and actually went into details with the doctor. That was way easier!!! It also took a lot less time to go through the process. It took about an hour the first time to get a response. However they did say that it could take a little longer. To keep me from sitting in an office with Covid- 19 present and no gas, nor being bothered with strangers... Still in the comfort if my own home... 😍😍😍 The second time I was taking care of other business... No stressful added chores to my day and I got amazing treatment.

I’m 86 yrs. old KHealth prescribed 10mg prednisone for my knee till I get to VA in May. It helped very much. THEN I knock 1/2 bottle off bathroom counter in toilet. Devastated. My daughter took pictures. I had subscription. I tell them I only need 16 tablets, wait 2 hours to get someone and I’m told they can’t treat anyone over 85!!! But they did. Now I’m left high and dry and in pain. Horrible experience. They don’t know what they’re doing obviously!
