Requested a prescription refill 24hrs ago and haven’t heard back from K health. The last text received from KHealth was request was submitted successfully and you will hear back from us in 24 hrs. Extremely poor service!!

Second time I’ve used this service and they’ve told me that I don’t need any antibiotics. Both times I decided to see a dr after and I was correct- I needed antibiotics and it ended up getting to the point of me needing a steroid shot. Do not trust them. The drs are high and mighty too.

I totally agree with the previous reviewers. I was promised a phone call from a Doctor. However, it was a continuation of an e-chat with redundant questions. You can not explain your conditions with the responses they offer in the questionnaire. They have my photo ID etc. I believe it's a SCAM!!

This is a terrible website. I doubt it even talk to a real doctor. I called because of a Uti I have them frequently told them what I have they refused to prescribe me simple amoxicillin which is what helps me. They were rude and condescending. Asked me if I wanted to schedule an appointment with a local doctor after getting all my information which really worries me. Don’t waste your money or your time on the scam website! I just hate that they have my information!

This site is horrible!!! Do not use them...you will be disappointed and still sick when you finish. I had no response for 30 minutes after the so called video chat started. They get you to send a copy of your ID so they can recognize you on the video chat but then it's just a e-visit with a computer on the other end. This is a HUGE scam!!! I meant to use Doctor's Care but KHealth has their site positioned to come up first when you Google Doctor's Care and I thought that I WAS dealing with Drs Care.... My bad but it will NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Waste of an hour of my life..at least..that I can never get back!! AND.... I got absolutely nothing..Nada.. Zilch to show for it! No Rx, good medical advice.... NOTHING!!!!!

Don't waste your money. You don't actually get a doctor to talk to you you just get someone trying to convince you that you have covid when you have a simple sinus infection and an earache. It's just another thing out there to try to convince everyone that every single thing that is wrong with you from now on is covid. Complete waste of time and money

THIS"S A SCAM!! I which I would read the reviews before I used this "service". In the past I have been used others online doctores and they call you right aways after you finished the paper work but with this service I have been waiting like almost a DAY!!! The costumer services they don't answer, what I am afraid is the personal information I give to them. Please stay AWAY for this scam. I will call my bank and cancel the payment.
