This website and doctors are a scam. I was charged the $39. The doctor did nothing but time you go to my family doctor they refuse to give me a refund I don’t have a family doctor which is why I reached out to use this website he did absolutely nothing for me except for tell me to go to my doctor, I guess I should’ve looked at these reviews first 1.7 stars is terrible. 🤦‍♂️

If you want to get semaglutide, do not go and pay any fees with these people. It will not end in anything other than you losing your money. I went through hoops for weeks. I had to pay for labs and wait and wait. At the end, my insurance denied it. They knew that would happen, and they just don’t tell you that. Ridiculous!

I went to get weight loss medication from Khealth. After waiting 20 plus days found out my insurance claim was denied because the doctor didn't fill out the required documents. I tried to get my money back, as I paid 3 months in advance. I cannot get a refund and I was scammed out 150.00 dollars. Khealth response was "the doctor did everything they could, to get you approved, and filled out the required documents." However, they did not answer 6 basic follow up questions after the Prior Authorization, which is why my claim was denied. TOTAL SCAM.....

I do not recommend this online health service. It charged the 39.00 assessment fee and provided invoice that said med would ship in twelve days. It’s been almost a month and I can not get a straight answer from their online team. I feel that I am owed a refund since I have not received the medicine but their response continues to be to re enter original chat which in turn it won’t let me do. Getting run around more ways than one. Thumbs down for this business.

I have attempted to use K Health’s virtual urgent care twice recently. Both times the doctor appointed to my case completely refused to provide care. Their service works by asking you a series of questions through a bot and then asking if you would like to pay to speak to a physician. In both of my recent situations, as soon as I paid, the doctor simply stated they could not do anything. I tried contacting the company with no response other than canned answers, so I filed a complaint with my credit card company. In response to this, K Health falsely stated that I was simply unsatisfied with the “results” of my visits. This is untrue. I completely understand there are limitations to virtual healthcare. However, not providing any service while charging for it is unacceptable. If you get this app, only use the AI feature. Never give them any mo

WASTE of TIME and Money. Explain situation that my MD is away and no urgent centers accept my insurance at my location. The MD Ada Cuellar, response "this is something can't be Dx over on line" go to urgent care or emergency room. She is emergency room physician sending patients to overcrowded ER rooms and than staff complaint not urgent. She than sent me support team phone number to dispute my bill.1-888-564-5250 spoke Webcer sending refund department.Waiting for a manager to call me back Angelina. Went to my email and receipt confirm payment! Waiting return call in 72 hours. DON'T USE this service run from this MD she works in Texas.
