Worst ever refused treatment took my $40.00 So now when i'm asking for refund they are Blocking my emails.

After chatting with them, they said I need to contact someone locally and that they could not help me. Also, I could not delete my account information which has me very concerned.

By far this is the worst telemedicine company out there. I had a visit with them and despite the pain I was in they told me to bad we aren’t going to write you.a script for any medications because they had treated me in the past. They are clearly incompetent and deceptive in their practice as there is no where on their site that says if we treated you before to bad we won’t treat you again

Worst experience ever. First, in the state of AZ they are required by law to hold a video conference. I paid based on the fact they would follow the law. Instead, I had someone chat with me through their app asking a few automated questions and then refused to help and just said you should go see your doctor. Really? The reason used your service is because I could not get to my Dr. In the next week and needed a simple prescription to cure my bronchitis. It was a complete waste of time. The person chatting ended up from the chat. They refused to provide refund despite the fact they did not follow the law. I disputed the charge on my credit card. Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and stay far far away from this company.

Terrible company. I paid 39 dollars for the physician to tell me to go to a primary care, urgent care, etc. I asked for a refund since I was not treated and they declined to refund my money.

I wish I could give this company a zero star review. Since it was a weekend, I decided to use this service to get relief since I couldn't get in to my regular physician. I called and set up a telehealth appointment with a clinician because of a rash. First, the clinician said she didn't see a rash from the picture I sent. The rash is VERY clear in the photo. As soon as I called her on it, she suddenly noticed it. After her asking a billion questions she came back with "You need to go see your primary care physician. We can't do anything for you. Try Vaseline or a warm cloth." I'd already done all of that and more before calling. In other words, I got nothing from this service that I couldn't have used Google to find. I paid $40 for nothing. So I contacted customer service to get a refund because I'd really not gotten anything from their service and was told they wouldn't refund the money. Stay away! Try another telehealth app. What a scam!

SCAM. They will charge you prior to rendering any service. If you elect to not proceed with their service offering, they will still charge you. DO NOT put your payment details in. They CANNOT prescribe any effective treatments or medications. Go to an urgent care or other real doctor. Additional red flags: - Their support email bounces back every time and appears to be unconnected to any actual service. - Their support phone # automatically states a wait time under 1 min; however, was over 10 min when I called.
