Had a great experience selling a 2016 Chevy Volt through KS. Website is very clear, chat support extremely helpful. Money was transferred to our account in less than 24 hours from when buyer took delivery. Buyer was able to receive the federal tax credit for purchasing a used electric hybrid, which was otherwise unavailable if purchased directly from me. I needed a lot of hand-holding from KS buy their chat support was responsive, patient and always helpful. All the resources needed all well laid out on the KS website. Very positive experience, despite the nervousness of selling a car through a previously unknown online auto dealership. 5 stars!

Excellent process and communication. I was able to provide my buyer with the used EV credit and didn't have to handle any of it. Received payment the next day when they received the title from me. Buyer loved it as well. KeySavvy also handled the bill of sale etc. This is much safer and more convenient than managing your private sale yourself. A+

I'll be receiving my new-to-me 2011 M3 Sedan soon! Thanks to Keysavvy, I was able to purchase one of my dream cars from another state. Since I wasn't familiar with Pennsylvania's laws, Keysavvy's team, with the help of licensed title clerks, is putting together the title packet in Wisconsin. I assume I'll have everything I need to title the vehicle and pay taxes. Thanks again! Hopefully, one day, titles will be fully electronic!
