No way to pay remainder once you pay the deposit.... Did a couple sales through them that were smooth, but now its very awkward convincing sellers, and keysavvy not performing. I'm stuck, and probably won't get the car now. All payments are locked! I'm screwed. Day 4 Update: still hasn’t approved. Keysavvy, now that you acknowledge it is a shortcoming of your software, I’d expect you to correct it…but it sounds like you have no interest or awareness that it is really bad for the overall experience. Seller cannot trust someone without funds in keysavvy account. It’s stupid to lock this, no benefit. I’m going through so much effort trying to convince seller I’m serious and have the money, but you won’t let me fund it. I had to do a cashApp deposit on the side just to compensate for your dysfunction. Now I’m at risk if you continue to not perform. It now makes sense why so many dealers were refusing to use keysavvy. Update day 8: still not working. Now dealer is probably going to keep my deposit on the side, and I won’t get the car. Thanks for costing me hundreds and a headache!
