KeySavvy continues to drop the ball
KeySavvy continues to drop the ball. I purchased my new RV with cash on 8/1/2026 from a seller who had a lien. It is 10/16/2026 and I am still waiting for my title. I have followed up no less than 7 times starting at the 4 week mark. The whole process was expected to take 4-6 weeks. I followed up 3-4 times before they even figured out that FedEx supposedly lost my title, which was due to be there by week 6 per the response to my first follow up message. My tag expired on 9/30/2026. I was told I would receive a new print out tag so that we wouldn't be in trouble of getting pulled over. Well we have a trip next week and just got another extension (NOT A TAG that displays a valid date) as they continue to try and remedy the situation with the title (they had to order a new one because the first was lost which takes another 3-4 weeks), so we will be driving around with what appears as an EXPIRED TAG next week or cancelling our trip. THANKS KEYSAVVY. I have been very nice, patient and professional up until today. I doubt my husband will want to take our rig camping with a big red flag on the back of it. Police have immediate probable cause to pull us over, and it can be a misdemeanor to drive without proper title in FL. Cannot recommend this service. I'm not sure they would've figured out my title was missing if I hadn't called all those times. 3 TIMES I called when my title was already passed due and they didn't mention it. It wasn't until I pushed on my 5th follow up that they realized something was wrong when I said the title was supposed to be delivered before this according to my prior messages. This is not acceptable. Edit to add: I followed up via email, expressing my dissatisfaction and was granted a new temporary tag. I am still quite unhappy with my overall experience, as the ball has been dropped too many times at this point and I feel I had to push and escalate to legally be able to operate my vehicle, which should never be the case. Here is my timeline below, which speaks for itself. You can choose if you'd like to risk dealing with this or not: RV Purchase 8/1 First follow up 9/5 with Anthony via chat, who said title was expected in 1 week. 2nd follow up 9/18 with Ashleigh via chat, still waiting on title 3rd follow up 9/21 with Sarah via chat, still waiting on title 4th follow up 9/22 with Susan via chat, still waiting on title 5th follow up 9/30 via phone call with Shay. She said they were still waiting on the title and did not dig further until I pushed saying a rep said it was supposed to be there weeks ago. KeySavvy discovers my title was reportedly lost by FedEx. Bailey emailed that I would hear back after they see if FedEx can find it or they have to order a new one. My physical tag expires. They grant me a "Statement of Fact" NOT A TAG 6th follow up via chat 10/2 with Brittany. I was asking if they found it or if they’re requesting a new one. I was told I would have a response within a few hours and did not hear back. 7th follow up via phone on 10/3. I was told they will request a replacement title. They gave me a statement of fact valid until 10/15 and said they would set up a task to provide another extension on the 15th. This was the conversation where we discussed the potential to be pulled over with an invalid tag and I was told I would get a new one to print and display by Britney. Then reportedly Britney put “permit extension” in the notes according to my representative on 10/16. 10/16 I called because I did not receive an extension on 10/15 as previously discussed and then did receive a permit extension rather than new tag to print so I called back and promptly was upset at the rep because they wouldn’t do anything. Sent angry email and got temp tag delivered Apparently new title was requested on October 12, 9 days after the conversation where I was told it would be requested, delaying my title by an additional week. So here I am October 16th, after having to FIGHT for a tag that allowed me to legally drive my trailer, having to wait another 3-4 weeks. Buyer beware.
