Pretty simple transaction. KeySavvy provided updates as needed. Within a few days was paid 1st, then a few days later the balance of the loan was paid. A week later I received a Title Transfer to sign in a self-addressed stamped envelope from KeySavvy and mailed it. In two days, my loan was closed out.

I found out about KeySavvy when I was searching on FB marketplace for a used EV. One of my requirements was to apply the used EV credit at the time of purchase. Since it didn't apply to private sellers and only dealerships, KeySavvy was a perfect fit to satisfy that requirement. The entire transaction from time of purchase to the delivery of the title and the car was smooth, easy, and stress-free. They responded quickly to all my questions and it was a pleasant experience. I was notified every step of the way. I highly recommend KeySavvy and would use them again!

Made an out of state sale extremely easy and both parties felt safe. Highly recommended. Was able to provide my buyer with the EV Tax Credit and we both won with how quick the transaction went. KeySavvy even paid off my loan same-day and deposited the rest right to my bank account. Extremely happy. Bad reviews for this site are from those that failed to read or understand their own states laws regarding sales tax. Spoiler alert! State laws are state laws and do not reflect this websites services as the mediator for car sales.

Having my buyer save $3800 allowed me to get more for my car. I knew about this service, but was a bit unsure until a member of our EV club said they used it. The sale took a few days as the buyer was using a bank and the bank had never used this service, so they did some research and sent paper check which took some time. KeySavvy's turnaround was within hours after they received the documents or checks which they were waiting for.

They have really created a great system that takes a lot of the doubts and issues away from the administrative part of the process of buying a car. I found it fast and straightforward to use. They even sent me temporary plates, which is a hurdle when buying from a private seller. I would definitely use them again.
