This company works as a great startup. You can count on getting a response to any questions in less than 2 hours. My specific experience was less than 30’.
Their platform is very efficient,
I would trust them again when I have to sell a vehicle.

As a seller this is a complete waste of…
As a seller this is a complete waste of time, just exchange your car and title for real money not the promise of money after you mail the title and perform all these online steps just to get delayed and delayed and delayed. Why would you do that?
Update in response to keysavvy: my title was fine i doubt it would have been rejected, but even so it wouldn’t have delayed the transaction. The DMV simply would send the request to us, the seller would have their money and the buyer would have their car. Instead the buyer has a car and the seller has no money….
Also even without that, you have to fill out more forms than necessary online, confirm bank deposits and then wait for the title to arrive in the mail and be processed along with waiting for the money to be deposited. If all goes well you’re looking at least 5 additional days for anyone. Compare that to 5min it takes to deposit a cashiers check exchange for the keys.

Hi there! Your transaction was delayed due to the odometer reading being altered on your vehicle's title. This would have prevented your buyer from registering the vehicle and would have required you to obtain a new title whether or not you used KeySavvy.

Truly awesome experience!
I cannot say enough great things about KeySavvy. I was in the process of selling my car private party through Facebook Marketplace and had a whole bunch of spammy requests and offers. I finally found a buyer that seemed legit and he recommended we do the transaction through Key Savvy. I had recently sold another old car private party and it was a pain to have to go to the DMV with the buyer, sit in line for an hour, and then hand over cash. This car was worth a whole lot more money and I was worried about transferring the title and the funds.
After having done my research to make sure KeySavvy was legit, I found out they are actually registered as an actual car dealer, so they have the ability to transfer titles electronically, and do all of the messy work behind the scenes. I created my account, filled out a few forms, and uploaded some documents and that was it! The buyer showed up at my place, Key Savvy let me know the funds were in hand, and I handed over the keys. Done!!
And, their online support is super responsive. I had a few questions about what was next and the temp tag for the buyer and they answered immediately, allowing us to download and print the temp tag before the buyer drove off.
Lastly, these guys will bank the used EV tax credit for you! You don't have to wait until the next tax year to get your $4,000 credit (on > 2 year old EVs worth less than $25k). They claim the credit and give it to the buyer directly!
Oh, and did I mention the price? $200 total for their service!!! And you can split that between the buyer and the seller. I would pay double that for the service I received. Thanks again Jason and the whole team at Key Savvy!

DO NOT USE!!
DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT!!!! Go through these guys complete waste. Go through escrow.com once you go to register your car you'll get a nice surprise of having to pay a dealer tax on a private sale. $3k later I learned this. What a useless business. Won't last. I will tell everyone till the last breath in my body exists to stay far away!!!!

Hello, we're so sorry you didn't see our many sales tax warnings on your dashboard, emails, and the checkbox you checked that confirmed you understood the unique sales tax implication in your state. Note that this was only an issue because your state exempts private party sales from tax, but not dealer sales. This does not apply to most buyers.

Keysavvy is great!!
I used Keysavvy to sell my 2018 Nissan Leaf. The whole process was clearly mapped out on their website and everything worked as they said. I received payment quickly and Keysavvy handled all the paperwork! Both myself and the buyer were very happy with the deal!! Thank you Keysavvy!!
Just completed my private vehicle purchase via KeySavvy, and am extremely happy with the experience. The site offers secure payment and title transfer between buyer and seller, with ID verification, funds verification, and receipt verification. My online dashboard allowed me to track my purchase status, and both chat and email contact was available for the (few) questions I had. Very smooth transaction, friendly customer service, all paperwork was provided online (Bill of Sale, temp tags, title tracking), and they even obtained the EV tax credit for me. Great all around experience.
