KeySavvy gives me peace of mind. It takes the risk almost completely out of buying a car on an online auction site.

I was very skeptical about Key Savvy only because I had not heard of them. Fortunately, my buyer had a friend that had recently used them and he highly recommended them. The process was exactly how they described, communication with them was terrific and I got paid electronically 5 hours after my car was picked up. The reviews were good and they had a A rating with the Better Business Bureau. Only way to buy or sell a car if you are concerned about being scammed.

Y'all provided me the necessary amount of confidence and mental-security to buy a private party vehicle requiring a lien payoff. I likely wouldn't have attempted such a transaction without some kind of help / protection, even with a seemingly trustworthy seller. Not only did you did a fantastic job facilitating the lien payoff, you also provided me a bunch of other unexpected (and *huge*) advantages. 1. An explicit process, expectations, and accountability for both buyer and seller. Both for payment / financing / title transfer *and* pickup / hand-off of the vehicle. The latter of which, I absolutely loved. 2. A supremely clear presentation of the current transaction status and bite-sized instructions any time an action was required on my part. 3. A temporary vehicle permit the day of the vehicle sale, not only saving me from waiting for a lien payoff letter to pick up the vehicle, but also letting me drive it home without having to visit a DMV first. 4. The use of a much more convenient payment method than I’d otherwise have available for a private party sale. (I didn’t have to go to the bank a single time.) 5. A time-of-sale application of the Used Clean Vehicle Credit, which would have otherwise been impossible on a private party purchase. 6. Flawless and prompt help from your support team twice in 24 hours. First, when I asked for a same-day temporary vehicle registration. Sarah had it in my inbox within 30 minutes. Second, when I went to pay for the car and found that my bank was unsupported by Plaid. I figured I’d likely have to wait until the next day to take any further actions, and even more annoying, probably have to drive to my bank to make a wire transfer. Just in case, I decided to send a quick message (via your in-browser chat) asking for ideas. I’m glad I did. Within a few minutes, Andrew had read my message, clearly understood my issue, and was able to help me use Stripe to successfully make an ACH payment. All-in, this was easily worth the $99 fee. I can’t imagine why I’d ever DIY the paperwork for a private party vehicle sale OR purchase in the future. A hundred bucks is a small price to pay for massively improved confidence and peace of mind, a huge reduction in cognitive and logistical load, and quite literally saving me from my usual experience of vehicle-buying overwhelm. Was wary at first but glad I used them. With ACH I got paid instantly. Great way to streamline private party sales. No more needing to go to a bank or accept cash.
